Can’t really fault the whole holiday!
Hotel was basic but clean, only convenience missing from the room was a kettle.
Food was good, ski rental was in the building, close to the slopes, made for a very cost effective skiing holiday

Great experiences with Sunweb
We've always had great experiences booking skiing through Sunweb. Super easy to book via the website for decent prices, and lift passes being included in the cost is a huge bonus. Handy to be able to book everything from flights, transfers, accommodation, and ski hire in 1 package. Everything is efficiently sorted via printable 'vouchers' which you just show when you arrive at the resort/ski shop/lift pass office etc. Highly recommend!

Great price, great app
Great price, the app provided all information we needed. The instructions for picking up lift pass, ski equipment and ski lesson arrangements were all clear and went without any issues. So easy. The transfers were well organised. The hotel was far better than the pictures showed. We had a fabulous ski holiday. We had a great experience with Sunweb and will use them again.

Sunweb ease of booking
Sunweb ease of booking, little reluctant normally to book without talking to a human, but it was easy.
The hotel VAYA Fieberbrunn, Austria, was Just fantastic, food great, could not fault, even the short walk to the bottom of the ski slope, about 7 minutes, was not a problem, even with a short hill to climb.
Definitely go again to this location and book through Sunweb.

Have used Sunweb without issue for a…
Have used Sunweb without issue for a few years now with no issue. Tried to book next seasons holiday and can’t get a transfer from the airport (Innsbruck) to resort (Mayrhofen). We have done this trip many times before but let’s hope you sort the transfer out and this isn’t the start of. Great company starting the slide down the slippery slope.

They cheat people and cheat at their expense
Warning – strongly not recommended!
I was misled by Sunweb when booking a stay at Résidence Terresens Le Snoroc. I paid extra for a higher standard room but received a very small room with a sofa bed instead of a proper bed.
There was no basic furniture (not even a wardrobe or cabinet), and the bedding was stored in an unacceptable place, between kitchen pots and cleaning products – absolutely shocking conditions.
Customer service was rude and completely unhelpful.
Be careful – what is advertised does not match reality.

I discovered Sunweb when researching…
I discovered Sunweb when researching for a holiday for march 2025. They were definitely good value with lift pass included.
When booking my winter 2026 trip I couldn't go past Sunweb. I arrived home on a Saturday and on the Sunday I again booked a Sunweb for two weeks later. I have been researching 2027 ski holidays and the more expensive competition out there means it will most likely be Sunweb again.

Sunweb 1st timer : Outcome = Top Drawer
Never having used Sunweb before I was not sure what to expect as I usually book everything myself separately.
They are very very good. We had a great time in Les Sybelles, skiing was excellent, equipment very good (we upgraded) and accommodation was ideally located. They responded to my questions and concerns promptly.

My first time using Sunweb, FANTASTIC
My first time using Sunweb. Superb experience.
Fantastic price including lift pass. For the 2 of us it worked out at approx £300 for the accommodation!! We had a 2 bed, 2 bath very spacious CGH lovely apartment in Samoens. South facing with large balcony. On site pool and spa.
The communication from start to finish was fantastic with our lift passes ready to collect (in an envelope with our names on ) at the lift pass office.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Don’t book with this company
We would highly recommend that anyone wanting a nice ski holiday book with a different company. We booked half board at Hotel Les Sitelles (La Plagne) for 6 days.
Reception/ staff; Generally unfriendly, a few amongst them that were nice but generally wasn’t made to feel welcome
Food; Appalling, think school dinners but with less options and no idea of what you’re going to be having day to day
Room; Average room, but never cleaned, no towels changed (if you wanted an extra towel for the sauna it costs money), they did empty the bins but otherwise no cleaning done at all. Website says hairdryer available- there’s 3 for the whole hotel and they were never free
Sauna; Broke midway through use and were told to just book another day
Transfers; We booked a later flight time (18:50) through Sunweb to ensure we had an extra day skiing (meaning we also paid for ski hire and ski pass for the extra day) then our transfer was booked at 12:00 because others were going to the airport earlier meaning we had to spend 6 hours at the airport before our flight.

My first trip with Sunweb, friend booked, all I can say is WOW!
Vaya resort in Fierbrunn (near Salbaach) was excellent! 4* but deserved poss 5* rating. It had everything from a spacious room with a lovely balcony to full sauna and indoor outdoor pool facilities. The food was superb, we ate so much! You couldn't wish for more.
Yes - the ski and boot hire, and the Lift Pass was included in the deal. Lift pass alone would have been 450euros if we had to pay!
So highly recommended for outstanding value, and for 1 week skiing near to Salbaach for 2 just under £3200 including flights, transfers (BMW 7 series picked us up!!!) superb hotel, Half Board, lift passes, ski and boot hire, close to Salbaach, no other holiday company could match the holiday we just had! Well done Sunweb!
