booked a load toay 9:35am... broker told that tracking team will send RC shortly, after 20min with no luck calling to get that RC stories that me and my driver didnt answered calls so they recovered, on the argument I can send screenshots that no one called heard "it is what it is". think twice before getting loads with them
Anytime a broker refuses to call or take calls after you book a load with them is a RED FLAG. Glad he cancelled on me. Be weary of clowns like this using recycled GV numbers too. Don't trust these Carrier411 abusers.
Do not hook on good price what might see for load. In last moment, after confirming arrival time over the phone with driver, they cancel load and block your carrier on load board. So even if you have confirmation for your pick up load, it's high possibility end up with no load and ability to book another on Friday afternoon. Think twice about suntech and they prices. Looks like they have agenda screw as much carriers as they can on such bad market. Differently don't recommend.
This company is some bullsh** PLEASE don't waste your time brikers are rude asf. They don't like to pay. I wouldn't advise no carrier to deal with this foolishness save your time and energy. They have 1 star for a reason I wish I could put no stars

They don't respond back and ignore messages also. and are also brokering under other names out of Florida. Completely useless I would avoid them. They wasted my time a bunch of worthless people.
I would like to get the company correct first off. Sunteck Transport Brokerage (MC#329363) We booked a transport with them and was refused by the customer because of a leak in the trailer. So that same day we got the trailer repaired and contacted the broker telling them that we could complete the run the following day. Sunteck gave us the run back and it was delived no problem. This happened on 1/27/2021 which we do use factoring for some of our loads. So today 3/23/21 we get a charge back because SUNTECK charged us 250.00 for being late for the pick and delivery. SUNTECK IS A CONPANY THAT CAN'NOT BE FARE WITH A COMPANY THAT FELT BACK FOR A MISTAKE AS A LEAK IN THE ROOF OF A TRAILER AND TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE BROKER! (SUNTECK CAN NOT BE TRUSTED DISHONESTY IS THERE MONO)
