AVOID! We had 66 printers moved and they all arrived damaged, (printers were on their side and total damage was done) even if we told them to package them. ICE should check this company, the driver was an illegal immigrant and he told us not to file a claim. We lost 5000$, with paying a storage unit and transport and were not able to do our business because everything was damaged. When we called them, they did not care.

No words can describe the damage done to our parents table shipped across country.The drivers who delivered it were in shock and encouraged us to file a claim. The family memories coupled with the $2K Freight Center charged us is unconscionable. The claim we filed for damages has been denied due to packaging even though their representative talked directly to the shipper on how to package it. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY AND THEN DON'T DO IT!!!

Their company FREIGHT CENTER has unethical cancelation fee. Hidden fees and rip offs. Avoid at all costs.

we are a reputable carrier and have decided to not do business with them again. appointment and detention at shipper totaled 6 hrs . Phone calls, email and trucker tools messaging all ignored. 24 hrs later spoke to the broker finally about the issue. he claimed he didn't see any of the messages or calls. asked for signed BOL with times. Then went ghost and never sent revised rate conf. unfortunately this more common with unprofesional, dishonest brokers.

Pls avoid Bryanna Dorsey, ignoring your calls and emails. Forget about any updates or detention pay from her!

We hauled a load for them back in June and still waiting to get paid. They don't return phone calls or emails at a timely manner. I asked for a manager and was put on hold for 45 mins then discounted. Apparently there is a claim on the load and no one informed of us this.

Scam company. Avoid at all costs

I wish had looked at the reviews before I booked a load with Blue Grace. Refused to pay detention. Not fair at all.

We ran for Blue Grace Logistics 3 times. They refused to reimburse lumpers and refused to pay any detention on a 9hr wait for an appointment load.

We are no longer working with them.

over 60 days no payment on freight we hauled. sent several reminders with no response back from them and and calling them is a complete waist of time. they will hang up on you or just be put through a bunch of voice services and you get no where.

Don't ignore bad reviews I ignored it and paid hard for it. I did a short load for them Local Illinois to Illinois 50 miles from 5.00 am to 8.00 pm the next day. On delivery it turned out that the number we have is wrong for a few hours I asked them for a new number to no avail, and in the afternoon the broker went happy to home leaving us without any help after 12 hours of waiting the load was rejected and the driver was kicked out. The next day I got a message where the driver is because they waiting for him . So the driver go back and waited until 8.00 pm for unloading of course for free . They don't answer the phone , I think there is no worse broker if we can call them broker ?

Extortionists working with internet companies on bait and switch scams, requesting additional payments to release your parcel for shipping on top of the shipping you've already paid the company. The payment they requested was more than the cost of the ordered parcel!
Refusing to pay, I was threatened and bullied, like I had an obligation to pay 450 dollars for shipping of a 5 oz package. Now, my emails and inquiries are ignored. I made a purchase in good faith, and this company decided they needed an additional cut. WOW.
