Wohh what a company 2026 and this company's managers and directors don't think there is anything wrong with some of there employees saying the most evil deprived things about young kids abusing your partner, make a complaint and your laughed at and told wise up there jokes. Really kids being abused is jokes. Really ifs. Pure disgusting, avoid at all costs.
They were to deliver a refrigerator..with in a time span.. they failed to do so and returned the appliance to the warehouse..leaving us in a terrible predicament.
They never returned a call.
Unprofessional and lazy courier service.
Received an order from them today (that was supposed to be due 4 days ago). Had extremely poor communication from them all week. No indication whatsoever. Until this morning when I received a text at 8am saying it would be delivered between 10.46am-12.46am.
However, at 9am I went down the stairs of my building to get something from my car and there was my rug, on the ground floor (I am the second floor) next to the entrance and another persons door.
They didn’t have the decency to even ring my buzzer or send any communication to let me know it was there. This could have been stolen by anyone. If there was an issue carrying a 7kg rug up two flights of stairs then at least have the manners to let the customer know.
Now at midnight I have received an email to say it was delivered at 10pm 😂
Do not trust this company whatsoever. If you are a business looking for a courier steer clear. No reliable procedures being followed, awful customer service and just generally unprofessional and lazy.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
My order has not been delivered and they keep on palming me off, it’s been a week now of ‘attempted deliveries’ saying call cards have been left when they haven’t. It is clear that my parcel has been lost but they keep on lying; no one will tell me where my parcel is. Shocking.
Totally horrible to get your items shipped by them. The worker will lie and say that there is not clear path to your home. I made sure they had enough space to come in and install a new fridge. I called best buy and asked about them and that was the note that was noted in the system. Worst place.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Our delivery has been sat at their depot for over a week! Trying to contact them via phone is pointless as no one answers. They emailed us to say it was out for delivery. That was two days ago. Guess what... No delivery. We need our parcel urgently and now they have stopped responding to emails. Don't use them you're better off using Hermes/Evri and that's saying something.
I'm not blaming the driver, just the communication and the systems of the company.
I got notice on the 13th that the item was out for delivery. Of course it didn't arrive on the 13th. Nor the 14th nor the 15th but it did arrive on the 16th, a Saturday, at what time I have no idea as I was out. The system was never updated, infact it still says out for delivery with no update since the 13th, despite delivery having taken place.
This day and age this is rubbish service.
So, shops, use someone reliable and with good information systems. Please. Not this lot.
Not the best company out there by a long stretch of the imagination. They don't deliver weekends. The tracking tells you if its out for delivery that day and that's it, so I'm now sat here at 9:45pm having wasted an entire day waiting, having to take a day off work, not even been able to jump in the shower as I live alone and still no package. Fingers crossed for tomorrow then and another holiday at work having to be spent... Unacceptable
I used their International Courier services and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Fast and seamless door to door services in the matter of 2 days. Great service, communication and price.
