A bogus store that failed to send an order and doesn't respond to requests
I placed my order on May 2, 2020. After I did not receive my order or hear from a store, I emailed to a store with a request for an order status on May 21. Never received a response. A week later I emailed to the store with a request to cancel my order and to refund my funds. A store responded "The goods have now arrived in the United States and are now subject to customs inspection. The next message will be updated when the goods arrive in the United States." Yet, USPS tracking system showed that, even though a shipping label has been generated on May 2 (a purchase day), the product was never received by USPS. I responded with a request for a refund again, but no response from the seller. I filed a claim with PayPal and complaint on FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center. I strongly recommend any other consumers to stay away from this web site as they do not appear to honor your purchase or at least to try to provide good information as to the status of your purchase.
