Bought a pair of sunglasses online recently webpage stated glasses would be dispatched in 7-10 days, long story short they took just under a month with a variety of excuses been given, finally recieved a dispatch email except my item didn't arrive, the courier company was then blamed whom I rang myself to be told they never recieved the package. I eventually opened a charge back dispute some days later with my bank and sunglasses miraculously arrived the next day. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be recommending this place to people. In a day and age where there is so much online competition and you try and give an Irish company a chance and you get this. Seemed very amateur to my disappointment.

Unfortunately buying Prada glasses is not to be recommended through this store. Ordered almost 3 weeks ago, followed up 5 times only to find out today that they have an issue with Prada and can not sell in store so will be another week at least. Lady was very nice but they could have told me this over the last few weeks as I was lead to believe there was no issue. I have asked for a refund so we will se show that goes

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered in march, never came, no emails or calls or texts, just took my money and nothing, after months of ringing them demanding my money back and being told "they are in the lab now, it will be 2 or 3 days". I was told in may that the frames i had ordered in march had been lost and i would have a new set in a week, 5 weeks later and still nothing. Finally on June 15th, I got my money back.

Highly recommend not purchasing from this company. My prescription sunglasses arrived 1.5 weeks later than expected. I rang numerous times and was told they would arrive before my holiday. They then arrived whilst I was on holiday. When I got home and tried them in the wrong prescription had been added to the glasses. I sent them back for a refund and was told they couldn't be refunded because they were prescription designer glasses. When I pointed out to them again that the wrong prescription was added they said they would ring me back. Only then was I refunded. I only received a quick 'oh sorry'. There was no discount offered an alternative to chance the prescription etc. Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Avoid.

I have only ever dealt with this company in person, and I utterly recommend them. They have the best selection of frames for non-sunglasses. I still regularly receive compliments on the first pair I bought from them years ago. I have since bought three pairs of sunglasses from them.
I sat on and bent my original specs last week, and Glen went to a lot of trouble to reshape them (no charge). Thank you Glen.

I purchased sunglasses online and overall had a good experience. I sourced a pair of sunnies I couldn’t get anywhere else, which was the main reason for ordering. There was a 10-day wait before dispatch, which did make me a bit concerned as I didn’t receive any updates after the order confirmation. When I looked at the email again, it did mention I wouldn’t receive any updates.

However, once I received my tracking number, things moved quickly — my order arrived the very next day. The product itself was exactly as expected and I’m happy with it overall.
