Contacted sunglasses.ie by WhatsApp for glasses repair after my friend recommended them. They replied quickly when I asked if they repaired glasses, and asked to provide the relevant codes from the glasses but they just ignored my messages and I never heard anything from them again. A bit of common courtesy would go a long way! I had planned on buying a prescription pair of sunglasses off them at the time also but after the way they treated me, no thank you!

I had a pair of RayBan that need the lenses replaced. Once contacted via WhatsApp Glen was very quick to respond and with the relevant photos provided quoted me and ordered the lenses. Payment was upfront. They did take quite a long time to arrive about 3 weeks. I went in and the lenses were fitted in a few minutes.

Popped in with two pairs of Raybans I needed fixed. Glen kindly sorted the pair in a few moments for no charge! 10/10 customer service, I will be back to buy my next pair here.

I broke my glasses before I’d left the airport on a recent visit to Dublin. Robbie and team were able to repair the broken arm and I collected my glasses the same day - great emergency repair service!

Repairs carried out on my Rayban prescription glasses after my puppy damaged them. Glen was lovely to deal with & my glasses were returned to me, like new, within 5 working days. Highly recommend!

It took ages for the order to be dispatched in the first place. When it finally shipped, the package was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and WhatsApp to get a refund, but my messages were completely ignored. In the end, I had to file a chargeback with my card provider just to get my money back. A complete failure in fulfillment and customer service. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I’m so happy with the service I received. I originally brought my Miu Miu glasses in to be repaired, but unfortunately they couldn’t be fixed. Glenn and the team kindly offered to order a new Miu Miu frame for me instead and fit my existing lenses into it.

Everything was sorted so quickly, and the new frame arrived just in time, which I really appreciated. I’m absolutely delighted to have my glasses back!

I contacted Glen in Sunglasses.ie about repair of my favourite Ray-Ban sunglasses. I had the option of dropping them into the shop but for convenience I decided to post they. I paid my money online with the link Glen send me and posted my glasses on Saturday. Today is Thursday 13/08 and I have just received them back as good as new. Very efficient, great service, I would highly recommend Sunglasses.ie.
