Best decision I’ve made getting this Vita I contemplated for so long but I’m glad I finally gave in and have it in hand! Totally worth it especially if you like the older games and newer games!

Het duurde een maand en half voordat ik mijn bestelling ontvangen heb. Het product (PS Vita met upgraded memory) was alles wat ik verwachtte, geen enkel krasje en top game bibliotheek inbegrepen incl. accessoires zoals screenprotector, case en etui.

Op de 2 dagen na ontvangst viel me op dat je de batterij niet verder kan opladen dan 80%. Nadien stopt die met opladen, dus bijna 1/4 batterij verlies. De dag zelf nog een mail gestuurd naar support met de vraag wat ik kan doen, geen antwoord. Gisteren nogmaals een herinnering gestuurd, maar nog steeds geen reactie. Vreemd!

Shipping was quick, no scuffs, or worn out joysticks, looks like brand new, good collection of games included, I’m overall happy with my purchase

Purchased on PS Vita OLED off them last month. The controls lag and screen is dim. I emailed customer service and they said to send a video. I responded how do I make a video on control lug. No response so in other words there is no returns allowed. Save yourself money because its not worth the price tag and there is a no return policy.

Loved the communication I had with the company along with the product I chose to purchase. It works pretty smooth and enjoy playing it.

The experience was great the communication was good but wasn’t perfect due to my other accessories that came with the package I ordered not being shipped with my console

Good Good quality product but doesn't work right

When I got the system It was like new, I have really enjoyed using this. The only downfall was that they don't tell you anywhere it came from China, so shipping took forever and I never got a response back from Customer Service when I tried contacting them....other then that they are great!

Ordered a PS Vita 1000 oled model. It arrived basically looking brand new. No scratches and everything worked great. Came in modded. Lots of fun! I think the tracking status needs some improvement. Other than that, product arrived exactly 12 business days. Great product!

Got a ps vita slim, everything came in perfect just as displayed in their videos! 10/10! Was a bit skeptical however after getting it today I’ll be a returning customer! Arrived to me in about a week and a half

My top screen has dead pixels, and the lighting isn’t right. The battery indicator light flickers for a while when the battery starts to get low, then actually goes red. My right shoulder button does not work, rendering a lot of games unplayable.

Everything is great but customers service

This company gives what you pay for. High end finishes and extra touches show they really care about their product and the customer experience. From customer service, to the opening box experience, shipping quality everything was excellent. Sumo even sent a video of quality control matching my order number and showing the system playing games prior to sending which was a first for me. Highly recommend you go for the PS Vita which is what I got. This system is going to be my hand held moving forward. Would highly recommend if someone is sitting on fence because of price. Just go with the best out there which is sumo.
