I ordered a PSP and honestly everything has worked out great! I've been using it constantly for the past 6 months and no complaints! Im even looking around for the psvita and obviously sumo was my first thought. I love the options they offer color wise and the upgrades they put in their systems!!

Brilliant products
They provide a brilliant product, shipping time was a week or two but it was worth the wait.
I purchased a Nintendo DS XL & PS Vita OLED.
Delighted with both products and accessories provided. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. A brilliant product with thought and care put into it.

Amazing company and amazing product. I received the PS Vita OLED and let's say i was super impressed. It took me right back to my childhood. The device come well packaged and included a hardshell case, a soft sleeve and even a clear case for the Vita. Super happy with the selection of games that come pre installed and would definitely use SumoShopStore again

I got an IPS modded GBA from Sumoshopstore, and they sent me everything I needed to start gaming right away. Not only is the handheld itself amazing, Sumo sent lots of accessories and extras to maximize my enjoyment and protect the device. 10/10 would recommend 🤘🏼🙂

I ordered a psp with upgraded ips screen an the very day i ordered i also requested a Cancellation through 3 different emails i even spoke with the automated service on the website and they never helped me to cancel mind you it took almost 2 months to fill the order it couldve been cancelled

Great product. Terrible experience
When I finally received the product - it is great. looks good. Works good. Exceeds expectations.
That being said. Communication through the purchase and shipping process was terrible. Long response times. Unreasonably long wait time and unusable tracking information. After opening a support ticket with paypal for a refund a received my item. Months later.

Over a month wait, No help
I ordered a controller off their website for 200$ back on 4/29/25 and as of 6/4/25 it hasn’t even been put out of production, I’ve contacted them on multiple occasions to no avail and lately haven’t even gotten a response. Customer service is no help whatsoever as all they tell you is “your order will be shipped out shortly, sorry for the delay”
