Stay away from this company! They are very unprofessional and will sell you a handheld console that will not even last 90 days without giving you serious issues, such as glitching out and not powering on. They advertise that the internals are replaced with new parts, but this is a lie. You will only receive new cosmetic parts and a screen. Also, their customer service is the worst! Don't waste your time or money!

It’s a long wait about a month and a half but it’s totally worth it. It’s like it’s brand new. I’ll be playing it non stop to check if everything is all right but so far I’m truly enjoying it and it’s as if I’ve been transported back to my childhood. Also worth every penny! It’s packaged well, it comes with a sleeve, screen, crystal clear cover, and zipped up case and everything is packaged in a box with a dust sleeve! Truly packaged with great care and super excited to play!!

I don't know how to access the games. I thought it came preloaded with games and that it was going to plug and play but there's nothing on any of the channels. I'm not sure if I am supposed to figure it out or the system is broken. Plus there are no instructions on how to access it. As of right now I would not recommend this system to anybody. It's still just a brick that boots up and does nothing. What step am I missing? Where's the email that you said you were going to send with the missing step instructions?

Overall great experience. The Wii arrived with more than 100+ games and 100+ Gamecube games. Controllers are ok quality but everything runs perfect. Besides the FAT fee I had to pay to import this from China to the US due to the new tariffs eveything was smooth. Thank you!

It took way more time to arrive than what they said on their site like over a week more so I didn't have it on vacation as I wanted.
The Vita itself looks good no scratches on the back or the front but the silver trim around does not sit right at the power button so I'll have to open the console myself and fix that. In the box I got everything as advertised and the screen protector was really good quality.
The console it's good enough for somebody who just wants to play and nothing else but for me because I want more homebrew apps and games and other ports too it doesn't really work like the Vita Db Downloader does not work and I get a looooot of error codes from the first time I started the console and especially after I connected it to network.
But shortly im happy with the console but for the money it could have been a little better.

everything is really good so far only thing is it won’t let me play the simpsons game

Ps vita came in great condition was basically new and it didn’t heat up when I was playing demanding games just switched the cpu a little higher with the vita shell it has installed and it was running like a little beast I got the TB version and wow this device will last me a lifetime this is worth the price

Fast shipping, good product with many accessories!

I bought handhelds from your store over the past year , but honestly you raised the price and lowered the quality.
My vita came with a broken R trigger , and after a day or 2 of what i thought was a smudge on the screen turned out to be dark spots in the right lower side of the screen..
Not to mention it no longer came in it's original box , and it came very late.
I was very disappointed..!

Never got my order. Been almost 2 months and still nothing. Contacted support and they said the address was wrong even tho it was right.

Very good ps vita

Refused to honor their exchange policy with my defective PS Vita purchase. I followed all guidelines they walked me through and once the unit was bricked they stopped responding. The unit never worked as promised/designed, and the only reason why it’s unusable now is due to their instructions/guidance to fix the analog drift I was experiencing. Don’t do business with this shady company.

The product was good in the beginning but then it was giving me issues and communicating with the shop was a bit of a hassle because I'm not getting responses right away or at the earliest convenience even when I'm requesting to return the product. I wish the product had a better variety of games or at least away for you to download what you want and the device does not last the 8 hours that was mentioned on the website

Just amazed how much effort went into making this Vita look and play perfectly and all the extra touches case,cover,glass screen protector etc...... game selection very impressive as well (maybe an all Vita game model in the future??) I recommend anyone looking for perfection get the Sumo Shop Store version

The controller literally got stick drift after they said it was Hall effect don’t buy shitty and overpriced (Update: Customer service has been very helpful and they are offering to replace my controller even after the 30 days. I will see what happens if I receive a new controller🤞. Thanks Abdul from customer service.
