Terrible all around. You can tell this was their first time molding USB-C on anything. DS casing was terribly off. My God.

My psv works prefect no complaints there but my trimui smart pro is where things go down hill although it seems like a great console, which were my initial thoughts and it could just be mines but every time I attempt to play nds or n64 either the controllers are not working, the screen is just black, or it’s just kicks me out and not to mention the screen which came with stains and seems to have air trapped in it which when playing you wouldn’t really notice sometimes, but out of both consoles I had high hopes for the trimui but again it just be mines but still I’m disappointed

The New 3DS XL I ordered came fairly quickly and in great condition. Extremely happy with the purchase and will likely order something else in the future.

One thing of note, I chose the USB-C upgrade along with a Power Dock upgrade. The USB-C port is excellent and works like a charm, zero complaints. I didn't recieve any extra Power Dock though. Upon further examination I believe the USB-C mod removed the contact points that a power dock would have charged the system by. So the inclusion of the power dock would have been useless even if it had been included. Just something to keep in mind, and maybe clarify with customer support before you place your own orders.
The console itself is amazing though.

I ordered the upgraded Wii in a few weeks went by and it hadn't shipped within a month. Went by. It hadn't shipped so I got in touch with your customer service which is horrible by the way and they said oh it will ship by Friday. Friday came. It didn't ship. Call back in touch. Oh it will ship by next Friday for sure. Friday came it didn't ship and this went on for 2 months and finally I was able to cancel my order only because I paid with PayPal and PayPal couldn't get you to ship it. So I am extremely unhappy and I will never attempt to buy from sumu shop again

Amazing! Great quality, fantastic customer service, everything packed with utmost care and love. I got a free console as a giveaway from a friend, but i definitely would buy there again. Great price for what you get.

I have a problem with the left button… it doesn’t work well. Except for that problem everything it’s fine

It took only a month to get the vita and it works well! Only one star off because it didn't 100% look like the picture (the listing had pink buttons and not just plain white like I received), and some of the pre-installed homebrew wasn't working so I had to re-do the modding. Overall still very happy with what I received since it came with a bunch of useful accessories and was otherwise what was described. Would still order again.

Got my game broken n they don’t wanna do anything

I am still waiting for my money back. I sent the Sumo Clutch Pro, and it arrived on September 25th because I had it shipped by registered mail. The guy in Paris says he received it, but their head office doesn't know anything about it. I've been dealing with this damn thing for months now. I want my money back. You have my money and the product!!!!!

Great customer service .I had to wait a little bit for the delivery ,but it was well worth it everything arrived as advertised .My ps vita looks like new ready to play with tons of games everything works no flaws I could not have asked for for more.Im looking to get an Nintendo DS from The sumoshop now they care about theirs customer shows from their customer service the packaging the quality of the product it shows they care about theirs customer and they have earn me as one.

Bought a PSP 3000 waited a whole month to get it. Reply back with emails with situations where battery could not work and not charge sent to multiple emails after that even pictures of it not charging no response back after a month still as of today, never got a respond back for a return that is bad business highly disappointed

I was so excited to receive the PSVita 2000. It took longer than expected, but I was patient because I knew it would be worth the wait.

When it was delivered, I was excited to play it. The loading took very long. Every time I boot the PSVita, it’s scanning game library which takes about 20+ mins before I can play. the buttons make a squeaky plastic-on-plastic rubbing noise, and the protective case it came with was broken at one of the hinges.

Does it play? Yes. But do I want to play it? No. Long starting boots as the interface scans game library, and when I push a button, the squeak noise is a huge annoyance.

Everything arrived as promised, can’t even tell that it’s refurbished and I can’t believe the amount of games that are on here. In total from the time I ordered until received was 5 weeks and there website will keep you fully informed on what process of the order you are in.

Wii is dope just wish they were actually Nintendo first part nunchucks not third party

The product was very good and high quality, but my product took almost 2 months to arrive after I made the purchase.

It was great, it arrived it look brand new they took care of my system so it made it safe and gave me all I need to take care of it took, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was just the but overall I fell in love with the PSP again
