MY MONEY IS GONE, WILL FILE A POLICE REPORT AND POSSIBLY SUE THESE GUYS PLUS A CHARGEBACK

Edit: friend of mine received his ps vita from there, joysticks were so dirty and had bread crumbs or something? So nasty, will Post photos soon, also had stick drift and buttons weren’t installed well they just felt weird and the whole thing seemed so cheaply done

The order took over 60 days to ship, which was disappointing. While the device worked as intended, the build quality left much to be desired. Some components weren’t properly secured, giving it a cheap feel—almost like a knockoff of the original PS Vita. I strongly suggest that Sumoshopstore.com invest more in improving product quality rather than focusing on YouTube and TikTok promotions.

The box came in well packaged. The actual handheld was in mint condition. The price was well worth it.

I bought a ps vita recently and it came in a great condition, came within the delivery time frame, and I really liked the additional accessories. However, there were few minor problems I had with the ps vita. There weren't that many games added to the system (esp no gba games), I did request a psp game to added to the system, but I did not find it on there, and some homebrew apps weren't working properly. But, overall I still enjoy my purchase.

I purchased a PSP3000 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped yet despite emails I have exchanged where they tell me it’s still in production and will ship in one week - they told me this 2 weeks ago. So I email multiple times asking for an IPS screen upgrade since when I ordered, this was not an option on the website but it is now, and since order is still in the production phase it should still be possible - I get no reply at all - it’s like my email address has been blocked completely. I’m willing to spend more money I’m not sure why I’m being blocked? I even want to purchase again for Christmas and get a PS Vita but I can’t trust this site at all since they won’t even reply to me and are definitely purposefully ignoring me at this point. I have even sent messages to their facebook page, instagram and now here. I’m so disappointed since these products are gifts. I’m going to have to dispute it with my PayPal and just get the money back at this point because I’m pretty sure I’m never seeing these products, and even if I did get the products why would they purposely ignore me for weeks? The company can’t be trusted and I’ve seen multiple other reviews where people have experienced the same with this customer service where they just ignore you for some reason?

I ordered a DS Lite; custom color; lime green. Shipping took a little over a month, I did request a custom color so I understand why it took so long. The box was packaged very nicely, lovely extra bonuses like a case, sticker, keychain and also a care card for my handheld. The quality seems pretty good, hinge is a bit looser than I would personally like, but is in good condition. The case itself, being a custom one, is a bit bulkier than a normal ds shell is. Buttons work very well, and are in good condition. It does come with a R4 cartridge with a micro SD card. So it's already "homebrewed" for you, and also allows you to modify it as well. The screen quality is insane, and hurt my eyes accidentally turning it on lol. Overall it's good, and I think the price is very fair given the growing popularity for such classic handhelds. I would definitely buy again. But don't expect fast shipping or coherent shipping tracking.

I have to say the Sumo team went above and beyond. I initially wanted to cancel my order but Abdul helped me figure something out and I actually ended up more happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend this store especially if you’re looking to relive gaming memories this holiday season!

Amazing console build of the Wii came with all the stuff and custom colours too lovely touch but man this took 3month nearly to get this delivered I know they said production would start again soon but like 3months is crazy only reason it's not 5 star

Sumoshopstore is about more than providing a refurbished console, sumo includes all the games you've missed and all the games you never got a chance to and play sumo understands that you're buying a used product so they include very ornate packaging and little goodies with their consoles so that it feels like you're getting the full premium experience. All in all I'd say sumoshopstore goes above and beyond.

late on delivery more than 35 days. two times asking for location when it was clear and complete since placing the order. not much common games compared to my order " 1TB". no PS3 games at all. the PSvita keeps heating after 30min of playing.

The attention to detail and the luxury feel and packaging of the new 3ds I got was amazing. I honestly wasn’t expecting it all. You read descriptions about products and you think it would just be thrown in but not here it was absolutely amazing how it was packaged. It made me feel like I was a kid again getting a new console on my birthday.

Recently got my PSP 3000 with tactile buttons, and one of the buttons wasn't installed properly. Have been trying to keep contact with their support team and between getting a message or 2 a day, sometimes having to double email them to get a response, and going on 4 days without a reply, it's not been a good experience. I payed over $200 for this PSP, and I can't play it because the button requires a full press, with the tactile switch at the bottom of the full press.

Great customer service. Great prices and even better products. 12/10. The 3Ds XL was my 2nd purchase from this place and no regrets. I intend to purchase a Wii next and I wish they could offer Sega DreamCast next. Don't sleep on it. A must buy for any gamer that just wants a product that works and works well.

I finally received my order after 2.5 months, but unfortunately, it has been disappointing. The unit has a dead pixel, a cracked and crooked hinge, and the R1 button is misaligned, making it impossible to press fully. Additionally, there is yellowing around the right border of the bottom screen, and the top screen has numerous minor scratches. Almost everything that could go wrong has gone wrong. I will try to contact customer support again to see if I can get a refund... sigh.
