It took longer than expected, slow updates, but the product makes all that wait worth it.

Sent to China (which made the order take over a month to get here) for shoddy work, and came back with a crooked usbC input, left a large portion of the back open, and item doesn’t charge because of this. No response from the company for a refund for this absolutely huge mistake of a purchase which was supposed to be a gift.

Will not be buying from this company again or recommend to anyone.

Sumo goes above and beyond! I don't think you can get anymore bang for your buck! I received my psp fast, looks and works like it's brand new out of the box AND it came with quite a few goodies and everything I need to keep it protected. Kudos to Sumo!

Revivir nostalgia

I was originally quite upset due to the issue in delivering the product, FedEx had notified me that the seller must update the description of the item in order for it to be cleared to ship, I had reached out to them to ask if they would do so, but the item was returned to sender before this was resolved. However, since then customer support has been helpful in issuing a refund or being willing to reship if needed.

Great ps vita. Came modded with a case, screen protector, and a carry on case as well! Good customer service experience and also an instruction manual to start out with. Best bang for your buck because everything you need for your console is provided

The seller is honest, professional and helpful. I ordered by mistake two units of ps vita slim, I informed him and had immediate refund! The package arrived in excellent condition. He was helpful from the beginning up to the day the order received. I sincerely recommend him!!!

Order a PS Vita completely built with cheap parts. Nothing original. Took close to a month and a half to be shipped out. Customer service is terrible. They just kept saying it will be sent out, but you will have no problem with the product for the product to arrive with parts that don’t fit properly, parts that are glue together. And not only the hardware is terrible but the software makes it unusable.

i ordered a psp 1000 from here it took 3 weeks to ship and 2 more weeks to get to me when i recived it there were very visible scratches on the screen the power button stays in the same place the buttons are hard to press and all they did is reshell it with a crappy shell and called it refurbished do not buy

Took abit to get but it turned out great turned it on day one and started playing just remember to scan the QR code if you can't figure something out like I didn't do at first

My experience wasn’t good at all . I did receive my game but I ordered it in November on the 28th and didn’t receive it til mid January well after Xmas which that’s why I ordered it . The team was communicative but I spoke to several didn’t people which didn’t make the process personable not made it seem like they cared . I spoke to Abdul who was helpful . He tried to compensate me but 10$ for how long I waited felt like a slap on the face . Could’ve upgraded the sd card added more games or something but it wasn’t much accountability . Now I had the system in had an after a day outside of it getting warm it’s been fine . I feel like they could upgraded me to the S since I waited so long but hey .

I never received my order. Despite contacting customer service several times, they have yet to ship my order.

The delivery is as stated. The only thing I will like to see improve it's there bottoms are making a bit of a squish sound. There package looks amazing. And some add-ons are worth it. But I don't personally think the 1 Tb is maybe 256 it's good I'm off. Anyways Thank you.

The was my second purchase from SumoShopStore and in both cases the product I received, and the customer service were excellent. My Nintendo 3DS LL arrived in pristine - like brand new - condition. The care and craftsmanship in clearly evident in the refurbishing, with great attention to detail. Their customer service team are also a pleasure to deal with. Overall a top tier experience.
