Great Service!
I ordered some replacement shelves for my wine cooler which unfortunately hadn't arrived after 10 days. However, as soon as I sent an email to Subcold they send them out again immediately and I received them the next day - great service! I have always received good service from them in the past and I am happy with the quality of the goods.

When my medical fridge stopped working…
When my medical fridge stopped working a year outside the warranty period and my local appliance shop said that they don’t fix fridges I contacted customer service to see what spares were available. Luckily they responded really quickly and within a day had dispatched a replacement circuit board. When it arrived it took minutes to fit and fixed the problem. A brilliant result from a British company, truly impressive customer service with minimal delay.

The indoor fridge is for food...
I ordered the Apex75 for our outdoor kitchen, mainly so that my husband can keep his beer in it and I can have space back in the indoor fridge for food.
I ordered it on the Saturday morning and it arrived on the Monday afternoon.
The fridge itself is great. It looks smart, there's plenty of space for drinks and it got down to temperature quickly, even in this heatwave.

Great outdoor fridge
Bought a Subcold Apex95 for an outside bar - an excellent fridge works a treat even in these high temps and fully adjustable in temperature - using mine for soft drinks and perfect draft kegs and it’s working great.
Waited a bit for it to come into stock but would def recommend

Fantastic!
I am thrilled with my Subcold mini fridge. It chills my drinks to perfection. I wasn't expecting it to work so well. It also holds more than I thought it would and the little door pocket is extremely useful. Delivery was super speedy too. I can highly recommend this mini fridge. I adore mine 😁

Ordering and delivery brilliant.
Unit and customer service appalling. Unit failed to achieve its target temp of 5 degrees and just got hot on the outside - despite being run in an air conditioned room.
Unit clearly not fit for purpose given that on their website they issued a notice saying they have a high volume of tickets because of the heatwave.

As advised at the time, the UK was experiencing exceptionally high temperatures due to the heatwave, which can have a significant impact on the performance of refrigeration appliances with glass doors. The notice on our website regarding increased support enquiries was intended to make customers aware of these unusual environmental conditions and the resulting increase in enquiries, rather than indicating that the products themselves were not fit for purpose.
It is also normal for refrigeration units to feel warm on the exterior while operating, as heat is expelled through the cooling system.
We’re sorry that your overall experience has left you dissatisfied and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments but we do feel this is outside our direct control.

Great customer service
Just to back up what others have said about customer service - a slight problem with a delivered item was dealt with within minutes of my email to them. A rare experience these days.
The appliance itself looks good quality and, considering the support they give it I'm confident it's just what I want.

I ordered a SUBCOLD MASTER 24 Basket which subsequently went missing/was lost in the EVRI HERMES warehouse/Depot.-I contacted SUBCOLD Ltd who quickly sorted out a replacement Basket for me and

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Exceptional Customer Service – The Gold Standard
I honestly don't know where to begin. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel like an Olympic event involving endless forms, automated replies and being passed from one person to another, Subcold were an absolute breath of fresh air.
After discovering that my ROAM fridge had developed a fault, I was starting to panic. My family and I are heading off on a 10 day camping trip, and the thought of spending it trying to keep food cold with a bag of melting ice cubes was not high on my list of holiday activities.
From the very first email, the team at Subcold were responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Every message was answered quickly, every question was sensible, and at no point did I feel like I was battling through a script or bureaucracy.
What happened next genuinely surprised me. Within hours of reporting the fault, Subcold had arranged for a replacement unit to be dispatched and organised collection of the faulty one at the same time. No arguments, no excuses, no "please allow 28 working days while we investigate". They simply listened, trusted the customer and got on with solving the problem.
The relief was enormous. One minute I was wondering whether I'd be forced into a last minute dash to buy another fridge before setting off, and the next Subcold had already sorted everything for me. It felt like they cared about my holiday almost as much as I did.
Companies often claim that customers are their top priority. Subcold are one of the very few I've encountered who actually prove it. They turned a potentially stressful situation into an experience that left me genuinely impressed, grateful and keen to tell others about it.
I was originally recommended Subcold by a friend. Thanks to this experience, I've now become one of those people who won't shut up about how good their customer service is.
To everyone involved, thank you. You didn't just replace a faulty fridge, you rescued a family camping trip, lowered my stress levels and restored my faith that outstanding customer service still exists.
Quite simply, this is some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. If every business operated like Subcold, Trustpilot would be a very boring place because every review would be five stars.

Amazing fridge
