Fridge came very badly damaged and cannot get hold of sub cold
We took delivery of a fridge yesterday and it is very badly damaged. I have tried calling the company several times with no answer. There is no customer service to speak of. And we are left with a badly damaged fridge.

I am very satisfied with the freezer it…
I am very satisfied with the freezer it does everything that was advertised about it. It is extremely handy with the extra space it provides. The delivery service is first class. I ordered the freezer Thursday evening and it was delivered Saturday. I was kept upto date while the delivery was in progress and given a time frame when it would be delivered. Brilliant, i would recommend your products and services to anyone.

All good apart from lead length
Ordering was simple & straightforward.
Excellent communication & delivery.
Happy with the beer fridge which has just arrived however disappointed with the plug lead length shown as 1.6m.
The fridge position is 1.25m from the nearest plug socket- to the left.
I cannot move it any closer.
This is something I took into account when buying it as I am aware the advice is not to use extension leads.
The lead clearance to the left of the fridge is around 110cm- 15cm short of what I need.
Very disappointing.
Nothing I can do about my order & whilst I accept lead length probably doesn't affect most customers, for those it does it would be of great use to know left & right lead clearance.

eco 100 fridge freezer black, arrived undamaged and well packed. its an amazingly good fridge which runs super silent and fits in well in our bailey grande caravan. i would recommend this to anyone wanting good valve and great economy.

Good value and fast delivery.
We had the option to buy on Amazon or from the Company direct. We went direct and the delivery was free and really fast. The freezer has large compartments and we are using it to store home made meals. It is quiet and stylish. Very happy with purchase especially as it is a British company...well done.

Subcold Super85 Beer Fridge
I recently purchased a Subcold Super85 beer fridge and its great. The fridge chills quickly and from beign plugged in, within an hour was down to 6 degrees which was a great and holds the temperature well. Looks great under a worktop. Standard delivery was quick and the fridge was very well packaged in tough cardboard and polystyrene and arrived with no damage. Very pleased with my purchase
