Arrived in perfect condition and on time. It looks lovely and is well made BUT it’s super firm so really quite uncomfortable, the perils of buying a chair online!
Lovely item and really pleased with purchase but would really like to commend their customer services as above and beyond. Would happily recommend.

Fantastic, well finished and full of character
Fantastic armchair, well finished and full of character. If I could add some constructive comments, they would be:
-a thicker back for extra comfort
-a higher back. My husband is 5.8 feet and he feels the back is too low and pushes him a bit forward. I am 5.5 feet and the armchair is perfect for me though.
-I would change the description and the pictures of the sage armchair as in reality it's a dark green armchair. We were not expecting such dark colour but we have now warmed up to it.

Recliner Lever Snapped
I bought a Leather Air Suede Brown Naples Recliner Chair in November 2023, and today the recliner release lever snapped. I am elderly and need this facility. I'm very disappointed that the chair lacks the quality and robustness of the recliner mechanism to last beyond three years. I bought two and can probably now expect the lever to go soon on my wife's chair.
P.S: I initially posted a one-star review, but I have edited it to two-stars because, to be fair, the chair is comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you find the chair comfortable, although we're sorry to hear about the issue with the recliner lever.
As your review mentions a purchase from November 2023, we would recommend contacting our customer service team with your order number and delivery postcode. While all our items are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty, our team will be happy to review your case and advise whether any other options may be available.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
