Well as a person who is living alone, it was good to have a double size bed. The table is big enough to place lots of things. The place is quiet enough at most of time because it is not next to some crowded zones. But it is still close to an underground station.

Poor customer services
No response to any email queries. Extremely indifferent to its customers. Did not provide convenient payment options. Completely overlook customer experience, and the only thing you do promptly was chasing tenants to make payment.

They don't care about you, they just want your money
My university moved me to their own accomodation for mental health reasons and wrote a letter to stuhomes explaining, but stuhomes refused to return any of the extortionate rent I had been charged well in advance. Nothing illegal - I signed the contract - but no human decency to be found at all. This was after many months of constantly chasing them up on replies and facing serial unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. I would absolutely never consider recommending them to anyone, in any situation, ever.
