It is a definitely a great student accommodation to stay! I stay here for two years. Very nearby Farringdon station, so it is easy to go anywhere you want. Also the staffs here are all very very nice! It include all bills so you don’t need to worried about it. So I give 5 stars to recommend!

Ismail is the best receptionist in the entire building. He’s so caring towards his residents and really puts in the work. He’s him.

I had a great stay, staff were really nice. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Very peaceful atmosphere which is great for studying.

Staying here was great! the room had everything i needed and the outside area is very nice to hang about.
Overall i really enjoyed my time here.

The front desk is very good, Ismail is very friendly and kind, and the apartment always organizes activities, which is great👍

My experience in Stuhomes has been absolutely wonderful!

The Room to start with was absolutely clean, and the studios provide convenient cooking facilities alongside a cozy bathroom. Since the room is large, it gives me plenty of space to walk around, and to relax, which has been very comfortable for me. The facility also contains common room, which has allowed me to socialise, and to complete my work efficiently.

The Location is exceptional, with Tesco and Sainsbury's available in less than 1 minute of walking. There were also multiple restaurants in budget within 5 minutes walking distance, which saved me a lot of time. In terms of transportation, there is Farringdon Station and Chancery Lane station, and a few bus stops, again within 5 minutes of walking distance.

Lastly, I would like to thank Dan, Ismail, Rasa, Fred, and Charles for their hard work and exceptional manners. Dan and Rasa has always help me solve administrative issues that might have occured throughout the year, including rebooking with the accommodation. They have always replied quickly to me to ensure my safety and convenience, and they were extremely friendly to approach. Ismail and Charles has always put the safety of residents, including myself first. Throughout the year, I have become friends with both, where we enjoyed talks with each other. I have also talked to Ismail for hours in multiple occasions which helped me a lot in stressful times. Fred is the hard working engineer who I am aware that he comes to work 30 minutes before his shift starts. He has fixed my toilet bulbs, the door for my kitchen, and many more issues in my room at the exact time for requesting the fix.

With that being said, I strongly recommend staying in this accomodation for best room experiences, staff experiences, and location!

When I visit my daughter and stay with her here, I found Ismail and Dan very friendly and helpful, I really appreciate that. Thank you very much!

A warm place, with good location and services

My experience at here is great, in particular, the manager and receptionists are super friendly and supportive. They build a friendly, home-like and safe environment for the students. Many thanks to Dan, Ismail, Rasa and others!

“During my Stuhomes Kirby Street adventure, i had a lot of fun with my flatmates and have spent a wonderful time at the accommodation. All of the employees at the accommodation were so cheerful and helpful, hence I always felt myself in safe. The quality of the accommodation was brilliant and because of the place of it is at the centre of the city, the distances of the accommodation to the most of the universities are close, so i am sure that students would not have trouble while going to their school from the accommodation. The building has a good laundry room and also a sweet common area and a garden for socialising. You can spend a great time at those areas with your friends and enjoy your time. The atmosphere of the rooms are so available for studying, so students can concentrate to their lessons easily. Around of the building, there are good places like restaurants, cafes and pubs and also the tube station is 5 min walk away from the building so there is a good transportation opportunity for the students living at Stuhomes. If you experience any difficulty, the personnel working at the accommodation and also the company “Stuhomes”helps you very sincerely so you can always feel yourself in safe while you are staying at the accommodation. I strongly recommend you to stay at Stuhomes Residence.”

My experience was unfortunately cut short due to a medical emergency. The inoperable elevator for nearly two months made it extremely difficult to access my fifth-floor apartment, which directly contributed to the incident.

Management was unresponsive to my concerns regarding the elevator and a later incident of unauthorized entry into my apartment. They also turned my security camera around to face the wall in my room. This lack of communication and the safety hazard posed by the elevator made living there untenable.

While the location itself may be convenient, I cannot recommend this building due to the issues I experienced. Look elsewhere for a more responsive and reliable living situation.
