Immediate response from Streetwize Customer Service to provide a replacement part for an earlier model sprayer which was otherwise unavailable.
Great Customer Service.

Just had a 12v auxilliary socket and clips delivered by Toolstation.
The product came in a piece of single use plastic packaging not even recycleable.
Our company switched to cardboard only packaging 12 years ago.
There is no excuse for a company still using plastic in this way today.
Toolstation also should not stock products unless they have sustainable packaging.

Amazing fast service with amazing customer support and communication from Amanda and Lucy. My awning poles bent and broken in the recent high winds and a short email to Amanda asking how I could replace the them resulted in a complete new set of pole being ordered , dispatched and delivered within 3 working days. 100% amazing service. I overtightened the connection on my Streetwise 500W inverter and subsequently damaged the locking nut hard plastic retaining base. I reached out to Streetwise to see if they could help with a replacement negative terminal post as I didn't want to chance a generic replacement due safety implications if mismatched. Amanda from Streetwise promptly responded and managed to get to me a complete upper assembly, free postage and no cost for the parts, now that is first class customer support and service from Streetwise. Thank you Amanda

I emailed Streetwise expecting I might have to wait for a response, but Amanda got back to me really quickly. She was incredibly helpful, patient and reassuring, and gave me clear, easy-to-follow instructions that solved the problem.

Despite purchasing my product through one of their 3rd party retailers, my product fell faulty within the guarantee period and Amy has been amazing at sourcing me a replacement.

Communication has been swift and the turnaround has been incredibly quick.

I bought a tyre inflator, I used it once and it gave up. As it was worthless I looked inside and discovered the circuit board had a faulty component. Total waste of money, will bin it.

Never again item was delivered unsafe and stolen after sales is shocking they just didn't care please avoid

I purchased a couple of items that needed to be replaced and i must say that Lorraine in returns sorted me out no problem, refreshingly easy.

I bought a water feature in April, the pump stopped working so I emailed streetwize and Amanda sorted it out very quickly and efficiently

The caravan waste carrier I bought was missing a small part. I emailed the company and a box of spares including the part I needed was with me within 2 working days... cannot fault this, great customer service thank you!

Well it has taken me over a week to deal with this return issue with Frazer plus whom I did purchased the goods from.and it's been back n forth on the phone even via emails as well which takes days to get back to u.soo I got fed up with them n contacted the supplier directly.trust me Lorraine who picked up my call was soo helpful.and her customer service communications too with clients were on point.Thanks soo much for resolving this issue Asap..

Thank you to the wonderful Lorraine who contacted Argos on my behalf after they were being very unhelpful regarding a return to store of a streetwize product . Her customer service was excellent , and really mattered and helped whilst I was going through a very difficult time .

I contacted the company by email about a defective product the very next day I received a replacement. They could not have dealt with my issue any quicker. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

Purchased a set of 4 solar lights via Robert Dyas, when they arrived two didn’t work, emailed Streetwize, responded next day and sent new pack arrived two days later, all working, good lights and great customer service.

I messaged to say my new fountain solar panel was not holding it’s charge and delighted to say a replacement was to be dispatched the same day
