Overall, the experience with streetsmart was fairly good. They delivered everything as they said they would and picked up the core. The only thing I did not like was at the church $200 extra to deliver to my Mechanic who had a residential address had it been a business they would not charge that $200. I don’t understand what the difference is and why that would make an extra fee a delivery as a delivery and they would not explain that to me.

Had trouble with customer service at the beginning but overall they were helpful and very friendly.
Had issues with parts shortage on my order but they did take care of me for being late on delivery. Very happy and would recommend this company to anyone needing a remanufactured transmission.

This is our 4th one we have gotten from them. Quick easy to get quote and priced good. Never had issue with any of them. Quick pickup once done.

First transmission sent was defective causing me further financial harm . I was told by a representative in their warranty department that a replacement was being sent out THAT DAY an d I should receive it By the end of that week . That was a lie , the carrier did not receive request for pick-up until the day before I was told I would receive it . I did not receive the replacement until a week later and upon installation have been dealing with intermittent fluid pressure switch codes and occasional erratic shifting . I have reset the transmission adaptive learning multiple times and this action has improved shift quality but the codes continue to return . I am very disappointed in this company and really wish that I had not chosen them for my transmission needs .There has been no follow up from corporate to the complications and additional expense their inferior product has cost me and I am now left with a vehicle I can no longer depend on

My son had heard good things about Street Smart and we found ourselves in the position of needing a transmission. The website was easy to navigate and they were quick to respond. Answered all our questions and were quick to deliver. Everything went smoothly. Would absolutely recommend Street Smart!

I've gotten multiple transmissions from street smart and never had an issue. The only issue I have is that they won't let me have it dropped off at my house which is a residential business. I have a forklift which I've lifted out of the truck many times. They used to have it dropped off at a commercial location and then picked up at my residence. They have told me in the past that the problem is RL carriers will not deliver here. But I know that is incorrect My neighbor just had a set of wheels and tires delivered by RL carriers. With no issues at all. In fact I even lifted his tires and wheels out of their back of their truck with my forklift

Transmission worked fine, shipping and core return also worked fine. I have two minor complaints. I set up core return then asked three different times for Bill of Ladling and didn't get it. When the pick up driver called and was 5 minutes away, I called back to say I STILL didn't have it, and they emailed it to me in one minute? That should have been done immediately upon setting core pick up. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient. Also, I was told the transmission would have the fluid in it and it didn't, but again, it wasn't a huge deal. I'm happy with the cleanliness of the unit and the directions that came with it and it works as it should. I would purchase from here again.

Well no up front core charge is great ,got to talk to real people with great customer service, Transmission seems to be doing fine, mechanic said it was all updated, 5 year warranty is a good deal , I will if ever need be again use Streetsmart, have already recommended to friends and family

This was an awesome transaction at a trying time. We had a surprise failure on a 22 year old vehicle. The pricing made it possible to resurrect the vehicle less expensively than replacing it. The shop that put it in (from their list of installers) proved to be great as well. And, the replaced trans is soooo smooth!! Looking forward to many more years in this van before it gets replaced!!
