This company is a scam I placed my order for a reman transmission and then a day later they called me to say it wasn't available and not in stock and unsure when they would have another of the same one I purchased. But then tried to sell me a used one with no core return and they wanted more money for that one and it would've only been 1 year warranty instead of the 3 year warranty my original order had. And the transmission i purchased is still up on the website and doesn't say put of stock or any notice.

The absolute worst company to deal with! They sent me a transmission that was faulty and wouldn't go into first gear or reverse. I had already paid to have this transmission installed and got to pay for them to reinstall a second one because they sent me junk parts. They now are expecting me to essentially cover this cost as their resolution was to only give me $340 (which no place in this world would install a transmission for that much) when the cost was over $2000. Not to mention the fact that this was a work vehicle and I was out of a vehicle for even longer to go through all of their processes and warranties to then intern only receive chump change back. This is ridiculous and when trying to reach out to customer service we received terrible service and rude employees that were unwilling to help us. I would not recommend ANYONE to use this terrible company. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!

I had a positive experience with reman-transmission.com. The site made it easy to find and order the right remanufactured transmission, and the customer service team was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Shipping was fast and the unit was well-packaged. So far the transmission is performing as expected. The warranty coverage also gives good peace of mind. Overall, a straightforward way to get a quality reman transmission.

Delivery dates were pushed back without notice. I had to call several times to get updates and the story was always changing, it was production, it wasn't in production.

Horrible company! They are transmission brokers…THEY DO NOT REBUILD TRANSMISSIONS…a scam marketing company!
The first transmission failed after 512 miles. They sent a replacement, it never made it out of the shop, it was bad when they sent it. I was waiting for a month for transmission #3, which never came. I took the POS to an actual rebuilder & they solved the problem. I’m out $3600 in labor costs for the first two failures & $5800 to actually rebuild the 3rd transmission.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM AS FAST AS YOU CAN

Every detail was explained to me and all tasks done on my 6-speed manual tranny plus clutch,pressure plate and throw out bearing was completed as they had advised me on. I would highly recommend them and there honest work to anyone.The office staff was very helpful thru-out my repair.

Transmission lasted about a 1000 miles they did send me a replacement but I'm still out 34 quarts of fluid and my labor I been in business for 12 years these transmission builder's paint you a pretty picture to sell you but do not back up what they tell you but it's okay I buy but around 5 to 8 transmission a week but I'm done with reman transmission power trane has best warranty no comparison and they supply the fluid and pay your labor with out a problem have a good day

Terrible company. Does not honor warranty. Makes up more and more stuff to even begin warranty process. Stay away from them

Great work, customer service was easy to.work with, they answered all my questions. The trucking company was very helpful in delivering to a residential location with a lift gate.

I bought a transmission from them and the whole process was a joke. I first could not get an answer from anyone in the company on the programming needed for it (comes in to play later). After install the transmission had no reverse. After multiple conversions with many different people the technician over the phone said something is wrong inside. She concluded that the warranty department would be notified and will handle everything. I then never heard from anyone and tried to contact them about the issue. I was then told nothing was concluded on the issue and they were unaware. More phone calls back and forth and they then said it was programming issue. That was not true. Now i am being told i have to pay freight and no refund on labor time. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company whatsoever. I originally scheduled the core return to be picked up on 11/03. Took off work and waited all day. No one showed. They then tried to reschedule the delivery for a day I was working (did not care what I told them on the email). Scheduled a second pick up on 11/20, was scheduled to pickup between 0630-1430. At 1500 no one had showed, I had to leave and the delivery driver called me at 1600. I finally had to demand a drop off location as I was not going to wait another day off of work. They ended up charging me an extra $1000 for the core because they failed to pick up and now even though they have the transmission (returned to them on 12/10, this is 12/19)

My experience was great. The company needs to be upfront about extra installation cost. A transmission cooler must be added to not void warranty.

I was told on the phone the price of this transmission to my doorstep, with shipping included would be x amount. Delivered within 5-7 business days. I paid them in full (nov 12) the next day rolls around, and I get an email stating, I need to pay an extra 99 dollars for resident lifgate services, so i paid that figured whatever, i already had a couple grand paid and my transmission was sitting in their warehouse i needed it. When the transmission finally got here on (dec 1) we didn't use the lift gate, i helped unload it, so paid them 99 dollars for nothing, I also had to call them 4 times to deliver my transmission by the 1st, if i didn't get on them, the transmission wouldn't have showed up until the 3rd. I haven't even gotten my transmission put in. Hoping the product is better than the customer service.

So far they have gotten ahold of me, and said they will refund the lift gate services, so that is helpful and they where genuine with there apologies explaining their side of the story. Ultimately wasn't Reman fault, as it had changed handlers multiple times.

the person I lalked to was very pofessional. Answered all my questions It was a very easy pocess.

Very helpful but when I called back a few days later, it was priced considerably higher.

We ordered the trans from Jay. We called quite a few times checking and re-checking before placing the order and Jay was pleasant and patient each and every time. We thank him for his time.

Your process for the return of the used transmiossion is RIDICULOUS. You should NOT involve ME (the paying customer). I have already PAID YOU THOUSANDS (MOST of which I'm sure is pure profit) and NOW I HAVE MY MECHANIC ANGRY BECAUSE YOU COMPLICATED THE PICKUP PROCESS ON THE CORE. By the way, a starter may have a "core" but a transmission doesn't. I suggest you DROP the stuipid ancient terminology in favor of something MEAningful LIKE "THE old TRANSMISSION"
