Franco was terrific and solved my issue very quickly, with humor and efficiency.

But getting to the email support wasn't easy. The chat function on the website doesn't work so I had to search my past email for Franco, who had helped me before.

Very friendly and switched my account to monthly after very little time, when I accidentally purchased the yearly package.

Although we were not able to solve my problem with updating my AMX information, Franco was very helpful and responsive. He will be checking with other staff members and suggested I get back to him at a later date.

The website has one simple step to handle copyright claims, I filled it out, and within the hour it was resolved. AMAZING! I didnt have to follow up or write my own dispute. Content creation is tough enough, when they take care of these claims, it removes the frustration and the time lost. Very Satisfied HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Storyblocks is not staying relevant. Search function, quality of video, lack of customer service. They still have their video from years ago and you have to sort through it to find something quality. Most of the time you do a search you’ll find some abstract video from some Third World country that barely relates to your search terms. Not only did I cancel, I canceled and started a subscription With another provider, even though I still had nine months left that I had to pay for on this platform. Never went back to it. The customer service isn’t good either but if you don’t have a good product, customer service is not even necessary.

Great company and they always have the best cuatomer support team

I’d used Storyblocks for a few years to help with mixing voiceover demo reels and recording voiceover advertisements for clients that wanted a music bed. They have a great library and an excellent search tagging system for finding what you need. Overall an excellent site with a great library! 100% recommend!
