Great staff attitude and prices
After being let down by another supplier I found a suitable replacement at Stories. I decided to call them directly and the staff were very helpful. They told me to complete the sample order online and then confirmed it would be posted immediately. Unfortunately by the time Amazon delivered it my wife and I had found another product from a local supplier.
I would recommend Stories to family and friends the price quoted and staff attitude was very good.

Thanks for the feedback. We do send our samples out next day delivery on Amazon with a near 90% next day delivery rate. Occasionally one bounces by a day which can be frustrating. I can see yours took 2 days so please accept our apologies.

I purchased flooring from stories 18 months ago , after recently having had an extension built I wanted further matching flooring . The online site would not let me order what I required as it was below the minimum order . After contacting stories direct they arranged a smaller order with no issue whatsoever.
Great customer service and great product , would highly recommend them

I found what I wanted online with this…
I found what I wanted online with this company, they are advertising a big sale on. Saw what I wanted at 12.99 a square metre, was about to order 56 metres and the price had doubled overnight and nothing written against the listing to suggest product was no longer in sale etc so rang, got a garbled excuse as to why the price was different, blaming different things, disappointed, really disappointed as had found ideal colour. They pointed me in the direction of another range with few colours, awful and not what I want. Very strange how price differed and especially listening to salesmen trying to make sense of price increase, deceiving and they didn't even offer to compromise. Lost faith completely in them

Many thanks for the feedback. There was a website error that did for a short time show a product at completely the wrong price. The RRP was £35.99 and did show as £12 until spotted in audit and was then corrected. It was a product with a protected RRP from the manufacturer so we could not honour and I did ask my Sales team to direct you towards products closer to that price and your budget. Apologies for the poor explanation.
