The quality of my gilet is fantastic. And when I had a problem with the sizing, they were excellent at exchanging quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Ordered with them twice and now have the bodyline gilet, a pair of mitts and a pair of socks.

All good quality items and true to size (use a tape measure and the size chart).

Pricing is very competitive compared to quality brands at RRP. However, Stolen Goat does not do discounts and those other brands are often cheaper if you can wait for a sale.

Amazing customer service. Answered detailed questions about fit and thickness of material and stock level updates.
Top quality products and compared with comparable quality like Castelli and other brands they are actually very decently priced.
Got their climb abs conquer jackets for winter, orkaan short sleeved jersey and arm warmers for spring and autumn. And gloves too. Will always look to buy from them as so good, fun and cool designs and good value.

I'm a huge fan of their products and a member of the Herd. My husband and I have bought lots of their gear and are always delighted.
Their customer service is great. Can't understand why their score isn't higher.

I purchased the Stolen Goat mens Belgian blue raincape. It claims to be waterproof. It's not. Wore it on a rainy Brisbane day and water came right through. SG pointed out that water should pond on the product - it does when it's not in contact with another surface but it's porous in contact with any other surface such as my bare arms or my riding jersey.

I don’t know how this company only have 3.7 starts. Their customer service is above and beyond and the quality of their products is fantastic.

Delivery and customer service were great, but the quality of the women winter jacket I bought was a big disappointment. My partner was even taking jokes that I got it from Wish. Material kind of plasticky and very unpleasant to wear. Haven’t tried other stuff from this brand, and perhaps not going to.

I started with some fingerless gloves several years ago, purely based on the design (Samurai). I have been gradually building up a collection of bibs, jerseys etc. Came for the designs, stayed for the quality! They are up there with other quality cycling brands that I will not name, but more interesting designs than boring black!

I have also recently contacted support via e-mail and Abby was very helpful (sizing and stock). Definitely made me want to continue shopping with Stolen Goat.

I like the company ethos and have joined the virtual Zwift riding group (The HERD) now that winter is heading our way. After joining partway through a group ride it seems to be a nice little community.

I recently ordered a two cycling Jerseys, which came up too small, I asked for a member of staff to call me (didn’t actually expect someone to call, even so, so quick too - given we’re amidst a crisis currently!) and I could not fault the service received, Abby was professional, and understanding, acknowledged the issues and has sent out new products. I will be buying all future cycling gear via Stolen Goat where possible based off this first time experience. Very happy customer and I go as far as saying it’s probably been the best customer service received from a retailer for sure. Thank you Abby/Stolen Goat.

Bought a gift voucher for £40...£40 taken from my account. Gift voucher was a birthday present. Gift voucher was emailed through with a voucher code for £33.33. Stolen Goat website had removed £6.67 for VAt!!! What on earths name is that? They’ve basically stolen £6.67 from me. I’ve emailed help at stolengoat.com and waiting to for a reply. It ruined the birthday present trying to explain why it was for such a bizzarre amount. I’ve ordered gift vouchers online from loads of places over the years and never experienced anything as ridiculous as this.

Quality is excellent but more importantly the attention to detail and overall service is absolutely spot on.The kit just works peeps.Oh Abby needs a special mention as she is the dogs rear wheels for customers :)

I bought a Team Dimension Data S/S Jersey from Stolen Goat and could not be more pleased. The jersey is a great fit and looks great but Stolen Goat (specifically Tim) should be commended for excellent customer service and communications. Once I placed my order delivery was quick too. Chapeau!

Firstly, I have to thank so much A. Gorman for its customer service : within an hour, the questions I asked him via email was answered to with the kindest manners ; not just answering directly my questions, but taking time to explain to me the "whys" and the "hows". By far, the best customer service I have ever seen (and for 15 years I buy stuff online, I can tell that I have seen a lot of very good customer service, but Mr. Gorman is in a league of his own...).

If Stolen Goat was only selling mid-range quality products, I would still go for them just for their customer service that makes you actually feel the philosophy behind the brand : a family scale company wanting no more but to have happy customers.

But if it was just that... No. They sell FIRST CLASS QUALITY CLOTHES too !! Not only their products are made in Europe (which is becoming kind of "weird" these times...), but their garments are actually a lot CHEAPER and yet BETTER than other big company garments I own like Castelli, Gore, Giro,...(which, by the way, are all made far away).

And less than 1 day for delivery in Belgium once my order was processed... Could you ask for more ?

I am now an absolute fan of Stolen Goat :-)

I bought a cycle jersey from Stolen Goat and it is one of the best fitting I have, as well as looking great and feeling top quality. Service was excellent too. I recommend reading the website page about how they got the name Stolen Goat!

I ordered a short sleeve jersey and gloves earlier this year, and they arrived in now time. Great fit, beautiful clothes.

Having moved to the south of Spain, I needed a long-sleeve jersey that wasn't insulated for the winter riding here - not cold enough for thermal, not warm enough for short sleeves! Enter The Pledge.

Ordered it on Friday, delivered today. Fits like an absolute dream, looking forward to trialling it properly at the weekend.

The title says it all. I love Stolen Goat

I have bought three things from Stolen Goat after doing loads of research. Came across their name a few times in the process and thought I would try them out. I have bought the Winter Jacket (Conquer and climb), Orkaan weatherproof jersey and the Winter Bib tights (only yesterday so waiting for it to arrive). Only used the Winter Jacket so far as rides all been under 5 degrees. Been out in the cold and rain and no problems at all - dry and warm :). Service turnaround has been excellent and the price, compared to Castelli, is v. good.
