Stokemont Omdömen

Bradley and the team were extremely fast, efficient and professional, achieving us the party wall agreement we needed to start our renovation project. Very highly recommended!

Seyi and team did a great job with our project. They dealt with things quickly and effectively and a minimum of fuss. They communicated well and guided us smoothly through the process.

Helpful, attentive and very responsive, quick turn around time for the report as well

Super professional, report produced in record time and very helpful follow up

Professional and helpful

Stokemont dealt with my party wall agreement. They were very efficient with a fast turnaround on documents. This was my first experience with a party wall agreement and I found them very helpful to both myself and my neighbour throughout the entire process.

I appointed Stokemont as a joining owner surveyor. Bradely was instrumental putting together the schedule of conditions at a very short notice and concluding the award in a short amount of time. He explained the process clearly and provided useful advise. Thank you Stokemont.

Our surveyor Brad managed to arrange the wall inspections with both our neighbours on the same day and shared with us the party wall award as soon as the next day! That was extremely helpful as we could ask our builder to start immediately after and avoided costly delay.

Highly recommend for a housing survey. Bradley was thorough, quick and responsive. Would use them again. I sincerely appreciated the clear report. Thank you

Stokemont provided an excellent service. Specific shout out to Seyi Omogbehin who dealt with the process professionally and courteously

I particularly liked the immediate availability of our surveyor, the velocity of execution of the requested survey and especially the super quick issuance of the final report. I also appreciated the post-survey assistance in clarifying all of my doubts, being a profane on certain aspects covered in the report.

Very helpful advice given. Thank you

It is a very useful survey report. The report helps me understand many issues I did not notice myself when I visited the property. And I managed to use this report to get 15k discount for my purchase. The surveyor was very helpful on answering questions and providing solutions.

We needed a Surveyor to draw up a party wall award for an extension work. We found Bradley after doing some researches and are generally pleased with the service. He provides regular updates to the process and is always available to answer questions.

Excellent guidance, prompt responses and very detailed survey and report in good time

Extremely satisfied with the work Bradley from Stokemont did. Everything from A to Z was easy. Easy approach, quick response, quickly booked day of survey, quickly given report (in spite of Xmas Holidays), easy read report, accessible for further advise after report. Reasonable price too compared with another company who reacted two days later…

We needed professional assistance regarding a party wall agreement. Stokemont were swift to respond to our initial enquiry and produced a detailed analysis of the issues we faced. Their on line system made it very easy for us to appoint them as our legal representative on this matter. Bradley Mackenzie quickly sorted out the paperwork and within days made an onsite visit, giving us considerable reassurance that we had a knowledgable expert on our side.
