Stokemont Omdömen

The company is always quick to respond, and the reports are well put together and highly detailed.

Bradley surveyed the property and got the level 3 survey report back to me very quickly. It was really detailed and easy to understand, highlighting even the smallest details and pointing out what remedial work would be required when there were issues.

Really happy with the advice and support I received from Bradley. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand my rights during an extremely stressful party wall dispute. Super responsive, knowledgeable and easy to correspond with. I felt much more confident dealing with the situation thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend if you need solid advice on the legalities and regulations in party wall issues.

I recently had a full building survey (Level 3) conducted by Seyi from Stokemont, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, our experience with Seyi was excellent. He was exceptionally thorough and diligent during the survey, ensuring that every issue was carefully identified and documented. The subsequent report was outstanding, with clear and concise explanations for each finding, along with potential long-term implications and estimated costs. Seyi's attention to detail, efficiency, and overall professionalism made it easy for us to understand the condition of the property and feel confident in our next steps. I wholeheartedly recommend Seyi to anyone seeking a reliable and meticulous surveyor.

We engaged Stokemont for a RICS Full Building Survey and were assigned Seyi Omogbehin as our surveyor. From start to finish, Seyi's professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The survey itself was incredibly comprehensive – Seyi was meticulous in his inspection and captured an impressive number of photographs (105 in total, which were invaluable!) in understanding his findings.

What particularly stood out was Seyi's ability to clearly identify and explain all pertinent issues within the property, providing us with a clear and actionable report. His communication throughout the process was excellent; he was approachable, patient with our questions, and ensured we understood every aspect of the survey. The level of detail, from the on-site inspection to the final report and follow-up, was truly exceptional. We feel so much more informed and confident thanks to Seyi's diligent work. A genuine 5-star service from Seyi and Stokemont – highly recommended!

I have been in brief contact with Bradley Mackenzie during recent months. So far my contact with the firm and Bradley have been pleasant.

Stokemont were great - they provided a comprehensive Level 3 Survey on the prospective property I am purchasing and flagged a number of issues I wouldn’t have caught from viewings. Whilst the issues weren’t significantly material, it gave us an understanding of the immediate remedial work needed on the property which helped us to fully understand our cashflows. Would definitely recommend them

It was a complex situation with neighbours. I was not familiar with party wall's, my rights and neighbours rights. I got advice and this started me on my journey to finding a Chartered Surveyor. Bradley was very professional and supportive to my particular set of circumstances with neighbours. We managed to navigate a delicate set of circumstances . I would highly recommend Bradley and would use him again and recommend him to others. Bradley responded promptly to emails and answered all my questions in detail. It was a very positive experience.

Save me from going ahead with deal!

We asked Bradley to carry out an extensive survey for a home we are looking to purchase. The report spotted many things that we did not think about before. Overall, it allowed us to make an informed decision in terms of going ahead with our house purchase and any works that the property needed. Bradley was also responsive after the survey was done for our questions. Great service and very professional.
