Useless gift card
I bought a Christmas gift card for my wife. When she went to use the gift card, the email contained no information on how to use it. An email was sent requesting information, and we received nothing but an auto reply stating that it's the holidays. The original email should have contained a gift card code, and I should have received a response to my request for information by now. If action isn't taken within the next few days, I will be demanding my money back and she will be spending it at a different quilt store.

The product was high quality and the BOM was on a schedule and I always received it promptly. Directions were pretty good and I loved the creative part of the project. I have received lots of compliments on the finished quilt. I am ready to do another one.
