Amazing products, customer service and dependability!
I've done business with Stitchin' Heaven for several years now, off and on. I am not a quilter, but a "wanna-be." Every time I've called or emailed for customer service, they have been amazingly helpful. (I might add, it's always because of something I've done, not because of something wrong with a product!) The products are top quality and priced fairly. You can't go wrong with this company! Not to mention, they are in TEXAS, the best state!!

Precut BOM are great
Precut BOM are great. Whenever one was short fabric all that was needed was an email and the missing/additional fabric was immediately shipped.

Never notified BOM cancelled
Was never notified that the BOM that I signed up for was cancelled. I was very excited and it was not until I went hunting around on the BOM calendar to see when my first month will be shipped that I noticed the one I chosen was no longer listed on the calendar. I emailed inquiring about when I would receive my order and was then notified. They did offer a refund for my registration fee.

I don't know why you did not receive the email. I am very sorry that this happened. I will get with those who send the email to see if we can find out why.
