Bomb proof seat covers! Really like these covers, I’m on my second set now. They look good, fit well and are comfortable, (no sweaty back in the summer). I’m a tradie so get pretty grubby by the end of the day. The cover keeps my seat clean and I can easily remove them for weekend use with a clean seat.

Ordered some gear for the van and some of their apparel for myself a month ago, top quality, looks great, couldn’t be happier. Will be back for more before my next adventure.

Love the stuff from Stitches + Steel. Took a bunch of it on a trip down to Cornwall recently and it made the whole van setup way more dialled in. Everything’s proper quality. Also, just a really easy company to deal with, real friendly and everything turned up on time. Will definitely be back for more van gear .

Over rated r soles stay clear customer service non existent

I have bought quite a bit of their gear.
Find it good quality.
I went to Essex for their open day at Christmas and picked up some bargains.
I have my eyes on a few of their new products. for my camping this year.

Overpriced low quality awning that tore in 2 places after 2nd use. Customer service teams response was “yeah looks like it ripped sorry” offering no refund or replacement. Just can’t believe they can charge such a high price point but then their customer service be so so poor. I’d expect this from buying an awning for £10 not £150. There is a duty of care that has not been met, and it’s awfully disappointing.

They don’t reply to emails, 0% customer service

Terrible company! Unable to send back a product due to it being unfit for purpose. They have completely ignored my emails for a return and refund.
Ignore this company like the plague!

Ordered an awning rail that didn’t fit. Was told either a replacement would be sent out or I’d be refunded. They then just ignored my emails/messages. They don’t offer anything unique so just buy elsewhere

Wanted to support a small business and got scammed. It's been a month and I still haven't received my order. If the issue was on DHL side, these guys made ZERO effort to help out and ignored me for a month.

Ordered the awing from stitches and steel - it has arrived and is fantastic - really impressed with the quality of the item.

We had an issue that needed resolving the customer service was friendly, quick and efficient.

People are quick to write reviews on bad service so wanted to make sure I added a really positive service we received - Many thanks - Thoroughly recommend you to friends and family.

Ordered a Tarp Awning two weeks prior to our long awaited and planned road trip up to Scotland. Delivery on website states 2-3 days. A week later my order had not been received and the tracking code sent, remained reading waiting for them to send. I sent an email chasing this. No response for 2 days. I was advised that the item had been lost and a replacement would be sent and a new tracking order number given. We were due to leave on our break in 3 days and were advised it had been sent next day delivery. It did not arrive before we left and did not have time to order another awning. Without it ruined our trip as the weather was not great. I emailed them again and again it took them 3 days to respond, reporting they had moved warehouses and there was an issue. Customer service and response times was poor. We finally received the item after 3 weeks from my original order. No phone number to call them. I would advise not to order from this company. No sorry and no compensation. Customer service is very poor.

As others have said. When things go wrong you will get no response. My delivery went to a random address, maybe DHL made the error, maybe these guys, either way they refuse to answer emails.
With a complete disregard for customer service they won't last, but will probably still complain how tough it is for small businesses.
If you buy something, it's a gamble so beware.

Items are good quality however service and communication is extremely poor, no phone number and no response from any of the emails to be able to manage refunds, exchanges or even a question despite many occasions of trying. Fast to deliver products so they are definitely no having issues receiving emails relating to orders so why not read and respond to queries to save bad feedback

Should change there name to knobs and rsoles don’t answer the phone poor customer service and sell faulty goods STAY CLEAR
