Steam Rocket Omdömen

I ordered a board game that was unavailable everywhere else (even at retailers). The order and payment went through quickly but I was worried as I ordered from abroad. It came within a week, without any trouble or damages - I could track the package through all its journey. I even found a cute little handwritten note inside wishing me fun with the game. This is the most excellent shop I have ordered from so far :)

Too Good
I genuinely have to limit the time I spend on their website or risk courting bankruptcy. The range of products and prices is great, but you can tell that from their website.
What you can't tell by browsing, is the care and attention that quite plainly goes into all parts of their service.
Every individual item, hand wrapped and collectively placed in custom mounting and padded appropriately to fit study shipping packing.

As well as providing excellent protection, it makes receiving every shipment like mini old-fashioned Christmas, unwrapping brown paper packages and marveling at the goodies inside.

Absolutely Smashing :D

The game was delivered promptly and was as described.
We have really enjoyed playing the game!

I live in the US and I couldn’t have my game shipped because of the weight of the item. I emailed them and they worked with me to have it sent anyways via alternate shipping and gave me an invoice. They were very fast, friendly, and helpful. My family and I are in love with our copy of Stomp the Plank XXL and I owe that happiness to Anne at Steam Rocket! Thank you so much!

I've been searching for the Down the Rabbit hole game for quite some time. It's really expensive on another online site. I came across it in SteamRocket at less than half the price on the other site.
It's a great quality game, with the board made of wood, and beautiful illustrations from the original Alice in Wonderland book. Fast delivery and well packaged.

Arrived well packaged and before stated date

I had been looking for a game that had been out of stock with the creator for a while. I came across it online at a discounted price and thought it must be too good to be true. I looked at reviews and saw they were great so thought I would give them a chance and I haven't been disappointed!! They were quick to dispatch and the game arrived well packaged and in good condition. A real bargain and I will most definitely check in for games here in the future :)

The store itself was great. Everything was boxed brilliantly and delivery was really quick. The only negative was with the delivery. I wasn't home when the delivery arrived so it was left outside the front door to my block of flats for anyone to take.

Thank you! Arrived quickly and package with paper and card. Fantastic service

I recently found this company and I’m so pleased I did! They stock some giant microbes which are discontinued so it was such a ‘omg!’ Moment when I came across them! Really fast dispatch too and carefully packed! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I wanted to order a game from Amazon, but they did not offer delivery to a collection point. I decided to look around and found Steam Rocket.

Steam Rocket didn't have the option, either, but I emailed them and got a really speedy response to say no problem. Later that day, their website had been updated with a new option to deliver to a Parcel Shop! Incredible service!

Thank you, again, Steam Rocket.

Really speedy delivery. Great price. Fantastic games.

Arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described, and on the day it was supposed to. Even more impressive given that it was ordered over the Christmas period
