Fantastic
I recently purchased a game from Steam Rocket and the whole experience was fantastic. From purchase to delivery, everything was completed in less than 48 hours. The price was excellent, the item arrived in perfect condition, and I really appreciated the personal thank-you note — such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend and will definitely be buying from them again!

Treasure Trove with Generous and Effective Staff
To start with, this shop has a treasure trove of fun and interesting products that are great to fire up the imagination. To compliment this, their customer service is top notch. A human is on the other side of an email, responding quickly but also kindly. I was blown away after having a small issue resolved by them after months of having purchased a few things from their shop—they also tackled the problem within a few days! Honestly, above and beyond. I will definitely buy from them again and encourage you to have a look, too!

I made a mistake on the address but despite repeated attempts to contact this company (starting seconds after the order was place, ) they sent the item I purchased to the wrong address. No contact, no attempt to resolve the issue. Just whoops you made a mistake, it's going to cost you.
Do not buy from these people.

Svar från Steam Rocket
Hi. We have replied to your email and stated the item was indeed not sent to the new address as you had requested by email. We accept this error and have already re-sent the order to the new address. This does not cost you any more and the new dispatch happened on the correct day. The review is factually completely incorrect and it is disappointing you have chosen not to put this right, even after receiving the product in good time. Anne
Prompt service
