Delivery took 14 days. Customer support poor
Hopefully an isolated incident, but we placed a simple order of in stock items on 20th March. The initial shipment was returned to dispatch without ever reaching us, and we requested that it be re-sent. That email was lost, we subesquenlty chased it on 27th March and it finally arrived on 3rd April.
Throughout we requested a phone call or contact number for customer support - neither of which ever materialised.
We won't be using Stationary Superstore again unfortunately, and will stick to suppliers that are UK mainland based with a customer support telephone line. 2 stars is generous.

Great product at a great price! Love the strong colours of these storage caddies and that you can buy a set of five - one for each table in my classroom. Big enough to hold all table accessories, including glue sticks and dictionaries. Thank you!

Easy to assemble and great looking, practical storage for magazines
I bought some magazine holders, they arrived promptly in good condition and were easy to assemble. They have provided perfect storage for my art magazines and cardboard files. Much tidier now.
