Deceitful Refund Policy and Dishonest Founder
I am extremely disappointed with the Staticflow.io product, as it turned out to be completely useless for my needs. My overall experience has been a massive letdown and is in direct contradiction to the promises the company makes on its website.
I signed up for their subscription and very quickly realized the product wasn't what I needed. I then requested a refund before the 7-day period had expired. On their website, there was a clear and straightforward statement: "We offer a full refund if you’re not satisfied with Staticflow. Just reach out within 7 days and we’ll sort it out, no questions asked." This was a key promise and the reason why I decided to give their product a try.
To my surprise, the person who responded and denied my refund was Tom, the company's founder. He cited the "nature of our platform" as the reason, instead of honoring their promise. This makes the action feel deliberate and dishonest, not just a simple customer service issue. Despite my polite follow-up requests for a refund, referring to their public promise, I have not received any further response.
I believe this behavior is dishonest and misleading to customers. The company doesn't honor its own stated policies and avoids communication when it comes to refunds. Lack of transparency and ignoring a customer after a purchase is something no one should have to experience.
I am very dissatisfied with the service and the lack of professionalism.
