My computer glitched out because of your website
Hello. I used your site to find out what genre my song is. And I had to watch an ad to access the site. But when I clicked for my accessibility, it redirected me to Google Search... then I had to watch another ad.
When I finally got my access, I imported my song into your site. And it was laggy as airplane WiFi - it was horrible.
Then, something actually terrifying happened... IT STARTED TO GLITCH OUT. It wouldn't let me move my cursor at all. I pressed a button on my computer, but that did nothing.
I closed it - still nothing.
Then it went into a black screen, with the repeated sound still playing in the background. It flashed the page again.
It transferred into another black screen, this time with my cursor visible. Then, it stopped, and led me back to my login page on my computer.
Yeah... DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The company has produced rapid technology that parses the 'meanings' that AI has discerned ['learned'] about Western musics and beyond! The side does have many hiccups, stops, and starts, but has opened up mental doors for me, and expanded the way I view MY music, and all that music and organized sound surrounding me. Good job!

Website with ad overload
Hey, just wanted to give some honest feedback. The ads on your site are overwhelming and are seriously affecting performance—it’s glitchy, pages freeze, and I can’t even send a message to report the problem. I love what you’re doing with the app/plugin, but the ad overload is making it really hard to use. Hope you guys can tone it down or offer a cleaner option.

We take user experience very seriously, and we're continuously working to improve performance and usability across the platform. We've recently reduced the number of ads significantly, and many users have reported a smoother experience as a result.
That said, performance can also vary depending on device capabilities and internet connection speed, which may influence how smoothly the site runs.

Your website is a bit too shitty. Everytime the description process reaches somewhere at or around 95% it friggin restarts. Can you fix this issue, pretty please?

Hi Tiffany, thanks for reaching out to us and for using our services. All the AI models that are running are running on your personal computer. Considering this, if your computer does not have proper performance or stable internet connection, there is high possibility for those AI models to not load properly. We are sorry to hear this but there is nothing we can do related to this issue. If you try the very same process on a machine that has better performances it should load properly and without any issues. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
