Hi there. I'm sorry about this experience. This seems similar to your other review on a different platform, where we responded and fully resolved your issue. In case you don't see that response, we'll provide here as well.
The billing issue was caused by an error on a third-party payment provider's end, not an intentional charge. We've already processed a full refund to your account. If it hasn't appeared yet, please allow a few business days for it to reflect.
I'd also ask that you reach out to us directly at support@creativeos.com so we can confirm everything is squared away on your end. We absolutely don't want you to have to go through your bank for this.

They then proceeded to refund only partially of what was taken from my account. Completely fraudulent business and scammers do not trust them with your credit card details!

Hi Alex. I'm sorry for the frustration. The charge after your cancellation was a third-party processing error and shouldn't have happened.
A full refund has been issued on our end. Any small difference in the amount you see is due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the original charge and the refund, which are determined by the banks and card networks rather than by us.

Don't waste your time
Like everyone else is stating, product is absolutely garbage since they started building their own editor.
Agree with the other reviewer that whoever made the decision should be fired. Dont believe their ads. I tried it and their customer support is non-existant. This company is going to zero.

The move to our own editor was an intentional decision. We made it to build something purpose-built for advertising workflows rather than relying on general-purpose design tools. The editor today is significantly ahead of where it was at launch, and we're shipping improvements weekly based on what our members actually need when creating ads, emails, and landing pages.

I agree with everyone else. CreativeOS with their Canva templates were great. Their new editor is slow, bug and completely useless.
I cancelled my subscription and moved to another solution.

We moved to our own editor intentionally, to give members more control and flexibility than third-party tools allowed, and to shield pricing from the increases those platforms are passing along for AI. I understand the transition hasn't been smooth for you.
We're improving the editor near weekly based on customer feedback. If you ever decide to give us another look, we'd welcome you back, we're adding valuable tools to the workflow as fast as we can build them.
They ruined it.
CreativeOS used to be great for ad templates. The new update ruined it.
They removed the option to open designs in Canva and now force you to use their in-house editor—which is slow, buggy, and frustrating to work with. It kills the entire workflow.
At this point, it’s only useful for static ad ideas. Without Canva integration, the software is garbage.

I signed up to see if Creative OS could help me create static ads. The process was clumsy and not effective. I didn't use any ads from Creative OS. I did not use the service for more than 10 mins. Nano Banana is a much better and effective method for creating ads. I politely requested a refund which was rejected. Be careful using this service and I would recommend using more simple, easier, cheaper and better AI tools for image generation.

It's a different approach than tools like Nano Banana, and it sounds like it may not have been the right fit for what you were looking for.

⭐ 1-star review – Charged $166.60 with NO billing communication or consent :)
I was charged $166.60 over four months for Creative OS Standard (July–October) without realizing the subscription was still active. When I finally checked my account, I discovered multiple charges that I was never properly made aware of.
During this entire time, I:
Did not knowingly continue the subscription
Did not actively use the platform
Received NO billing emails, invoices, or receipts whatsoever
Logged in only once in October to figure out why I was still being charged
Support claimed that this single login counted as “active usage” and used that to justify refusing a refund — even though I was only trying to understand why unauthorized charges were still happening. That is misleading and feels like an excuse to avoid accountability.
On top of that, several features that made the product valuable (like export to Canva/Figma) appear to be gone, and the interface is confusing and hard to use. The product is not what I originally signed up for.
They did cancel my subscription — but refused to refund the $166.60 they charged me, despite zero billing communication and lack of meaningful use.
This is not transparent, not fair, and not how legitimate SaaS companies treat customers. I am now disputing these charges with my bank.
Proceed with extreme caution.

su editor es una copia barata de canva, entiendo que quieran meter un editor propio para que no les copien las plantillas, pero para eso debes tener un editor profesional.

Best platform if you're looking to create a large amount of statics for your facebook ads.
