Waiting for number 16 from Sunderland Town Centre to Hastings Hill, due 4.10pm turned up 4.27pm, absolutely packed and no room for women with pram, also drove past next stop as too packed for any more passengers, always seems to be this bus service! Terrible service yet again and these electric busses have less seats.

Hopeless. Even the app fails to inform you that a bus us cancelled. Stratford upon avon to Pebworth. Cancelled several times in last few weeks. Left waiting for a bus that never came. No info on app. Appalling

2 buses just straight up didn't turn up. Had drivers drive right past me as I wave for them. Probably the most shit service ever. Like why are are you not turning up to a TRAIN STATION. Actually taking the piss 😭

I think the reviews will give you a good idea of how well this company runs a service. Management should have a good look at themselves. Something has to be done, because the service provided right now is Shocking.

Least reliable bus service I've ever had the misfortune to experience.
Buses are either ridiculously late or fail to arrive at all, and their app does not communicate this at all.

5 days a week I have the absolute pleasure of using this service, it always fails to meet my expectations which at this point for the service are astronomically low.

I sure do love having to wake up an extra 40 minutes early each day just to account for 1 of the 3 busses i need to get being routinely cancelled at the moment they should just be coming around the corner. Oh but silly me, why can't I just check the app then?
The app has busses appear and disappear from the live tracking, fails to load the route correctly and is never accurate to when a bus is actually arriving.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option . September came and wait for the bus is 45min because they just don't come. And if you ask the driver what's happening, the answer is :" I don't know and I don't care". And the fare is higher than London? Just a joke

Driver is on the phone instead of getting us there on time again. Just because there is only 1 passenger on the bus does not give you the excuse to make them late

I’ve been using stagecoach for the past 20 years and I’m sure when I was 5 I could still tell you something bad about this company .. Northampton especially.. whiles the bus 16 people bear in mind 70/80 year olds sat waiting they all want to talk and catch up in the cafe .. good one

caught 3 buses between weldon and corby over the weekend,2 buses never turned up despite the updated app saying they were running 5,10,15 minutes late and the 3rd bus turned up but was 20 minutes late.
A disasterous service.Stagecoach you should be ashamed. Think of the damage you are doing to your customers some who may miss important appointments!

Once again stagecoach have surpassed themselves with their absolute third world bus "service". Another hospital appointment missed, thanks to their shabby service. A friend of the family started with them,and has been in "training" for three months. (Be quicker getting a pilots licence).
How, when it takes so long to train drivers.Can they not find their way to Milton of leys Inverness. No wonder people choose to drive and refuse to ignore the governments advice to hop on a bus and save the planet.(What utter rubbish).
I for one am going to invest in a gas guzzling car until such time as the council in Inverness pull their heads out of the sand and bring in competition for this shambles of a company.

Frequently have late buses, or buses that straight up never turn up.
App doesn't track properly, these missing buses sometimes just disappear from the app or suddenly stop tracking.

I am going to also call out the M1 bus service in Lincoln. Having had my original bus go missing, I waited for that. Saw it coming, put my arm out. They drove straight on by. Even though it should have stopped at my stop.

It's unreliable. My daughter started school last week. Every single day she has had at least one bus cancelled on her journey. Sometimes both outward and return.

This means she is waiting at the bus stop. On her own for far longer than she needs to. She is 11 years old. She needs to get to school. She needs to come home.

If Stagecoach cannot provide a service then I will be after a refund of her bus pass and I will drive her.

The UK is one of the world's biggest economies. Yet has a bus service that is worse than third world. It's shocking.

It's yet another example of a company putting it's own profits before providing a service. Keep doing that and they won't have much of a profit to focus on as hopefully their contracts get terminated.

Never on time.
Never update on delays.
Rude staff and drivers.
App is never updated to show diversions or delays.
Always issues with thier buses. Breakdowns etc
