I would rate this company as a zero star if possible. I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews! Do not trust this company. My seat covers were delivered in a black garbage bag that had been ripped and taped. The inside plastic has been previously opened and re-taped. There are no instructions. Nothing else on the bag. In an attempt to get a return approved, this company will go back and forth attempting to get you to change your mind by offering partial credits. This will go on for several days. When I was adamant about getting refund, I was told “it was being process by the team and may take several days”. Now understand there is a 14 day return policy as they keep chipping away the days with their nonsense.

SCAM! TOOK 75% of my money
The sizes don't match and I tried to exchange for a different size they refused and only offered to give me 25% of my$145 bill. Then proceeded to offer to buy a different option for an additional 25% on a new purchase with no guarantee that it will even fit. SCAM!!

Poor customer service
I ordered car seat covers. Wasn’t happy with fit. Didn’t look good. I asked for refund, website had said free refunds. But was that is not true. First they wanted me to watch a video put them on then send a picture. I told them I had already packaged them back up. Then had to go through a couple other people before I was told they would send me a label. Now they are making me pay for return packaging. Highly dissatisfied with customer service

In many cases, the covers may not be pulled tight enough at first, which can create the impression that they do not fit correctly, even though they are designed for the specific vehicle. Proper tensioning usually resolves this issue.
We never refuse a return request as long as the return request period has not been exceeded. Any discount offered is simply an optional solution from our side to help simplify the process for you. However, if you choose not to accept the discount, we will be happy to assist you with a return.

First, your request to cancel the order was submitted after the order had already been shipped. According to our cancellation policy, custom-made products can only be canceled within one day of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible, as the product has already entered production specifically for you. Second, regarding the situation with the carrier and the incorrect tracking information. We acknowledge that we mistakenly provided you with an incorrect tracking number that belonged to FedEx. Prior to that, we received an email from you with a subject line containing a different order number that does not belong to you, and based on that information, the FedEx tracking number was provided. It appears there may have been a one-digit mix-up in the subject line, and combined with our tracking error, this led to the confusion.
We explained this situation to you multiple times, sincerely apologized, and clarified that your order has a different order number, a different tracking number, and a different carrier GOFO. There was no intent to mislead you in any way.
We would also like to emphasize that we never refused a return request and were always willing to assist you with this process. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the misunderstandings that occurred and will take this experience into account to further improve our service in the future. 🙏

Beware this company is a scam!!!! The seat covers is not what you will get like in the pictures! I tried returning it and the items keeps going to a address that is no longer available. They will say they refund your money which takes around 7 business days, but would lie about it! Do not order from them unless you want to give out free money.

Regarding the refund, while 7 days is the maximum processing timeframe, we did inform you by email that it was experiencing a slight delay while being processed by the payment system and the bank. Unfortunately, situations like this are beyond our control, as they depend on the bank’s processing procedures.
We sincerely apologize that you had to wait to receive your funds and that this caused additional frustration. We regret that this impacted your overall experience with us.
A complete scam company
A scam of a company. My credit card number was stolen as soon as I placed an order. After a few weeks of lieing about sending out my order, and as soon as I told them to cancel, a order was sent out the next day. I ordered a black and purple car seat covers set. I recieved a red orange and white set that isn't even close to right car fit. I am now being passed around and they refuse to send a return address. Pretty sure they are waiting for the 14 day return to expire. A complete scam. Can't believe google promoted them. Im filing a complaint with the NY AG and filing a fraud cases with my bank. I can not believe they allow a company like this to continue to commit mail fraud, wire fraud and just plain steal from people. I have zero hope of ever seeing my money again, wonder how many more people they will scam before they are finally shut down.
