Sportsnet sucks. Half the time they can’t even get the scores right. Shitty sports channel. 👎

They have no idea what they are doing! You would think the women's Olympic hockey games are important to them, but nope! I checked their app and to my horror it shows Canada losing to 2-0. I turned on the television and that's not correct. Do you need help from my granddaughter?

It will not let me post a photo of the app, but it has shown Canada losing the entire game and it's near the end of the third. Canada has not given up a goal.

Tuesday Feb 3 - on the standard package, there are 7 NHL games listed - the only one available is the Leafs and Edmonton. The Leaf game is on TSN which is included in my TV package. To be able to watch any of the other 6 games, I need to upgrade. The standard package on most nights is useless. And it's priced 20% more than last year...I'll be voting with my feet. Big Z

This is the worst app i have ever used. As a UX designer I'd expect large companies like Rogers to take responsibility and accountability to correct the massive problems. If you are the only providers in an entire region (Western Canada) I'd expect you to do a good job. Maybe do a bit of user-research and understand edge cases like the huge amounts of blackouts and the issues with IP being directed elsewhere. Just because you have a monopoly on internet, cellphone use and cable doesn't mean you can sell a shit product. Bring back NHL.com. This shit sucks.

I enjoy Sportnet for the Blue Jay games. Excellent reporters, analyst, and camera personnel excellent. What I find super unfair is blacking out most maple leaf games in my area. I can understand maybe when Senators or Montreal are planning since I live in Cornwall, Ontario. I have wanted to view several late games and all were blacked out. So forcing the customer to buy nhl package when he’s already paying good money for Sportnet is unacceptable.

Sick of the same 5 commercials being played every break.

I requested a refund after subscribing in order to watch the Raptors games with my son. They played horror movie ads and now my son has nightmares and refuses to watch his favourite game/team. Sportsnet refused to address my concerns and refused to refund me the $34 dollars. Very disappointed there were A) so many ads, and B) R rated ads that were shown repeatedly.

Trying to get information on a partial refund for an annual subscription.
They acknowledge receipt of my emails but no one is honest enough to say, I assume being the answer, that they don't refund anything.
You can look for games on their "game finder", but it still doesn't say if it's available.
You take your chances on seeing your team play whether it's the standard or premium subscription.

App is incredibly terrible. It always freezes at the absolute worst time as if they hit a button when something exciting happens, making you restart the whole app and going back to where they cut it off.

Also, they just decide to raise fees whenever they feel like. No warning, nothing.

Would rate this a 0 if they had that. Don't waste your money, there are other ways to watch.

Takes most Canadians money; that prefer legal, & can't stream a complete sport game. Nobody sues cause Canada is weak. Most politicians work/wanna work there. Regular people prob know a shareholder. $30-45/month for crap. Not just the world-series outages. There are streaming errors all the time.

Their app and live stream went down 3 times during the most important baseball game of the century for Canadians.

All around bad experience. Problems every time you try to log in, problems with streaming games (bugs and signs out automatically for some reason) would not recommend

The final game of the baseball World Series, sports net crashes out and I’m unable to watch. Disgraceful service

Tried to connect through prime sportsnet and it charged 30 bucks when I already have a subscription
The fact that your service isnt working during the most important game in 3+ DECADES is wild. The fact that it can still process a payment within 2 milliseconds of clicking on the button through prime but now has taken an hour on the phone to try and reverse is garbage and scummy. Honestly the worst of the worst business practices and if our country had half the balls that EU legislation had you wouldn't make a single cent

So they collect their 400 dollars. Then cut out the last half of Game 7 world series.

NHL is imposing restrictions on what you can watch from where but Sportsnet is making things even more unclear not telling you you will have access to about only 1/3 of the games of one team

The commentators for the Oilers Games are terrible/ boring and biased!! Where is Jake Micheal’s?

I subscribe to this service from Sept to June every year for the NHL hockey games, I only watch the Maple Leaf games, so the Standard Subscription is all I need. Every year when I resume my Standard subscription, I end up getting and being charged for the premium. The subscription selection on the Sportsnet is very large, it is impossible to have an errant mouse click and end up with the wrong subscription.

I'm thinking Sportsnet tries to grift their customers.
