Totally insane, you have 3 channels showing the same 2 american teams, and the 1 channel showing a canadian play off team is blocked for me??? Why does this happen, Im Canadian, paying canadian fees, to constantly watch american team games. Get your shit together or I'll be cancelling soon. no wonder you have 1.2 rating...my guess is you just don't care, totally brutal!

TSN+ only shows 9 programs and 5 of them are the same program. Don't purchase it, waste of time and money

Watching Sunday PGA golf. Seeing still a ”featured group” not close to the top, even if it was to be Main feed/ Featured groups.
Once the ’featured group’ finished, we get to see another two players who are at T27 and T30. Not seen one single shot of the leaders in the whole day. And we are watching the last day of the tournament.
The leaders have still may holes to finish and now we get a message ”Live coverage has concluded. Thanks for watching”.
Total deception, total waste of money. There should be more information of what one will see with the subscription. I’m not interested in other sports. Never watch those. ”Main feed” is not a featured group. At least in my vocabulary.

We pay $40 a month to watch curling. Which they cover only a limited number of events which seem to be strategically spread across different providers. When we watch on-demand videos they frequently stop between ends and are difficult to impossible to resume (think innings or periods depending on if you are a baseball or hockey fan). This service sucks!!!!

I ordered the app to see Canadian Men's Hockey Team games at the Olympics 2026 but after signing up it asked for if I had a TSN on my Cable which I said NO to but the APP did not work. I called the TSN App Support & they told me to dispute this Google but Gogle said that this is a TSN issue not theirs. Very disappointed with the TSN App

As a senior I like to watch Car Racing. I've watched Nascar for years now and now it seems TSN doesnt care about the racing community they service. The last 2 weeks now the Sunday Race was finally put on the schedule the day of the race and today a week later they done show the race being on. Yet I see a bunch of B.S. programs on instead. what's up Your losing lots of customers. Not a happy customer here. I have no issue with cutting TSN from my chose of channels. Im no longer pay for something that has the contract to show Nascar and they are not.

BEWARE... when you intend to cancel, you need to click cancel twice, take a screenshot of the cancellation, and be 100% that you receive a confirmation email. The fact that your screen says "cancelled" doesnt mean anything. Refund is impossible... even the same day as the charge, and if you want to dispite the charge and have evidence to support it, their customer service refuses to provide an address where you can send proof. Moreover, there is no Live chat option... just a fancy link that goes nowhere. I was dissapointed with the month I agreed to pay for, now I am furious to be sucked into another month after I had cancelled.

extremely misleading business practices, very little truth behind their tsn+ membership, along with a pain to purchase, use, cancel, and refund. At no point is using tsn enjoyable or good, they lie in their subscription access to me, and then refuse to refund.

I am watching the USA vs Canada women’s hockey game from my home in St.John’s, NL. I have heard the commentators refer to Canadians from “coast to coast” , (Nova Scotia to BC). This is not the first time that these commentators have left Newfoundland and Labrador out of their “coast to coast” remarks. It is an insult to our beautiful province. We are proud Canadians. Canada includes us as well!!!!

Same AGRIVATION EVERY TIME I TRY TO WATCH! The TSN staff that make the broadcast schedules are either 110% incompetent or ingnorant ass holes that think it's funny to give you a a tennis match when you click on a NASCAR race & this has been going on for years, they know about it & do nothing, proving AGAIN Bell Media doesn't care about customers!!

If I could write a zero, I would! TSN is such a joke! I was watching the finals of the Australian open right now at 3am pst and out of the blue, I completely lost the Alcaraz Djokovic final.
$25 that should be refunded me times 10! What a bunch of clowns! Who is running this show? You guys are the biggest joke in Canada! -

We purchased the TSN app to watch NHL games. Where are they?? We get hardly any! Blackout games. Why did I pay 200$ for next to nothing. I tried explaining that to one of their representatives but all she said was that she was sorry I was unhappy. No refund. She said I can cancel but not until the end of my contract. I want to cancel now and get refunded for the remainder of the contract. I feel I threw away $200. Oh well live and learn I guess. I’m 65 years old and still learning. Brutal. Beware people.

Purchased the 4 month subscription they were pumping in September for football season - touted as having all the NFL action, yet had just a few live games each week. Just noticed a renewal email which wasn't on my radar as I purchased a 4 month package. Called to cancel, they wont refund my money because the renewal is apparently in the terms and conditions. Never doing business with them again - app was garbage - Save your money

The execs at TSN said we need a streaming app and the IT guy said “give me the weekend, I’ll put something together.”

You can start by airing the National Anthem before the game. Shame on you for your wokeness. Think of all the people you upset by not doing so.
