SPOODIES UK LTD Omdömen

Little slider arrived in good health and nicely packaged. We were disappointed with Royal Mail (not Spoodies UK) as we waited in for a ‘guaranteed before 1:00pm delivery and had given up and was about to go lit when it arrived around 4:20!

Typical of Royal Mail.

I would definitely buy again from Spoodies.

Lovely spoods, came much bigger than previous ones I brought from elsewhere. One is super friendly too, both well fed

Quick delivery and very well packaged.
Little spider arrived safe and sound, very inquisitive and started exploring straight away. She’s now taken herself away to moult, looking forward to seeing her new outfit!

I would highly recommend spoodies always quick with responses quick delivery customer service services great very helpful and have wonderful little jumping spiders we have 2 so far and couldn’t be happier

Ordering was easy thanks to a well laid out website. Delivery was very quick and spider very well packaged.

Delivery was quick and easy and the spider I received was beautiful!

Great packaging and service - thank you.

Great product highly recommend 5⭐️

Really nice

Great service and very knowledgeable. Everything packed with care. Very happy and will return.

A wonderful company to purchase from! High quality products - especially their enclosures. I only wish they made even bigger versions!

Top class customer service as well, they really do go out of their way to make things right even if it's the most minor mistake made in processing. Communicative and open about delays, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Nathan.

Thank you for being such an amazing, customer focused business!

Absolutely top service, I've made two ordered from here one for our beautiful jumping spider, who arrived safely and with everything she needed to get going. A really good size and a happy inquisitive girl. The second order I made was for some fruit fly's but I ordered the wrong this - the team called me and sorted me out with some fly's and the set id ordered to culture my own. A* service and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent communication, great after sales and an amazing Bahamas jumping spider. So impressed I just ordered another one from them

I’ve had 3 jumping spiders from Spoodies and their customer services and after sales support is phenomenal! They reply so fast when you have a question about anything and they don’t make you feel stupid. They treat their spiders with quality care and they genuinely do care about them. Highly recommend using Spoodies if you want a jumping spider or equipment. I’ll be ordering from here again in the very near future.

Purchased 2 jumping spiders from here and they are thriving, turned up really healthy and the communication from Spoodies was excellent can’t recommend them enough!

I ordered 4 jumping spiders in march last year and all 4 are doing incredibly well and have matured to adulthood except for one female who is still getting there bless her, Spoodies have given the best customer care I could have asked for and were more then willing to respond when I had a few questions about one of my babies not eating. They were delivered safely and I even got some cute little free temp enclosures when I ordered which I was really grateful for as I stupidly didn’t realise how small the babies would actually be lol. Planning on ordering again soon and I can’t wait!

Spider only lived 6 days, I understand they don't give a guarantee but 6 days, kept im same conditions as my other spider temps humidity all kept the same. Contacted them and was given £3.50 off another order will give them a miss in future

Definitely a 5 star my first spood is doing amazing come packaged amazing always on hand for help and advice ordered my mystery slide bundle can’t wait for my second spood to arrive

Fabulous service, fabulous packing, great communication, Pleasure to do business with thank you x

This was the first time I had ordered from Spoodies UK LTD and it was a great experience from ordering to receiving my new spider. I was given lots of communication regarding order confirmation and shipping details. My spider turned up well package, safe and is very cute. Exactly what I ordered. Would definitely order from you again.
