Awful customer service. I was charged multiple times more then purchases that went through. They didnt even appologize. The chat agent "Danny G" is totally rude and agressive. I would never use this site again.

Thought this site was going to be lil sketchy until I redeemed and it was deposited in 48 hrs .. next redemption was a about the same now this morning I put 10 dolls in tried the instant redemption with a different card and funds arrived in my account before I could even exit out of the screen .. yayyyy .. spin quest is where it’s at and my top 2… thanks …

Edit: I had to edit this because they rendomly started denying my card. They basically said I can't use it. I've been burned by companies in the past trying to get you change cards when you win too much so that they can have a reason to fail you in verification. Very shady imo.

There have been several instances of payouts from slots and other games not being what they should be. The overall casino is good, but this sort of thing really hurts my confidence. It makes me wonder how much winnings I've missed out on due to glitches. It also forces me the user to constantly review my gaming history and harass support for resolutions. It's not a "Fun" experience.

This was my second time winning and submitting a redemption request with this site. The first one had to be done through ACH deposit and I received it the next day after I put in the request. This time, since it was my second time, I was able to redeem straight to debit card . I received my redemption instantly, the whole process I believe, took less than 5 minutes. This is a great online social casino. I love the variety of games. The greatest thing about them is how fast they processed my redemption. It took less than 15 minutes. Not to mention this was on the weekend at 4:00 am. I seriously recommend Spin Quest!

Please avoid this organization! They took my money but then claimed I was in an unauthorized state. Their customer service is horrible especially the rep who claimed his name was Zach that gave all sorts of non-applicable advice. I have never trusted on-line sites and this company gave me further evidence why you should just stick to good old brick and mortars that you can get free drinks and deal with live people.

Do not play on this site it has multiple times, not aloud me to play any game I've hit big on. When I message support they say they have forwarded it to the appropriate people and get back to me, within 3days it's been over 1year for 2 different games and 3months for another!! awful, I had a round of blackjack where the game glitched out and verbally stated I won but did not pay out, customer service proceeded to gaslight me and lie about what my available balance was, of which they dont give the customer the tools necessary to prove or state their case with confidence and strong arm you if you try and raise a concern. absolute scam.

Biggest scam of a casino not because of the actual casino but because I’ve brought over 200 players and 150k wagered to them but not a single $1 in affiliate payouts but they can do 100k giveaways they don’t care about the people bringing them players

Redeemed on the 23rd and it's the 30th still waiting on my winnings smh..... customer support says it'll be the 30th now all of a sudden ok this day there's a technical issue with payments but the truth is I won 60.00 of of their free 1.00 they give you so they don't want to pay for this reason is what I believe.... Now it's new years Eve and then new years and they will be saying we don't pay on holidays so I doubt they will pay out be careful if you spend money.....

I started playing Spinquest on November 26, 2025. I was finally able to redeem $100.00 Saturday, December 27th. They have a lot of the games that I like. The true test will be the redemption process. If it's fast, I will give it 5 stars. If it's slow, it will remain at 4 stars. UPDATE! I received my funds today.
