Spinquest is a joke. I play roulette on there making somewhat big bets $200-$600 per spin. A sloppy worker basically dropped the ball it may have went around the bowl twice, the minimum is 3 times around the bowl. I escalated it they said it did almost 4 but cant show me the spin and just have to take there word for it. That spin was a $400 spin so i get why they would want to say the spin was void. I severely underestimated the incompetence of this site and regret playing here for a variety of reasons that I will explain.

I received an email advertisement for thanksgiving sales. It claimed that if I made a purchase I would be eligible for a daily sale until December 1. I made the required purchase and you can imagine how surprised I was when the next day I didn’t receive the sale as advertised.

I contacted customer support thinking this would be an easy fix……………this site has no vip program or any reward system at all. However they claim to have some sort of “tier” system and I was informed I wasn’t high melody “tier” to receive these promotions.
