I'm giving another 5 star review just from reading all the negatives on here they are making up lies. First of all if your playing 1,100or 6,000 and something spins on the same slot game you are the problem duh! Who keeps playing the same slot wishing it would hit eventually when it just keeps taking your money? Not me. I switch quick cuz if it's not hitting then it's not hitting that day switch the dang slot game! The negative reviews are people that are obviously not all there or have the slightest clue as to how slots work smh most of these reviews ive read are people depositing and losing a lot because they don't understand how to play slots. You will never come ahead the house always wins duh. But there are certain ways you should be playing and making your chances higher at hitting on the slots. This casino is just fine just a bunch of slow people dumping money in to one game and but hurt cuz they are broke now haha

SpinQuest gives a generous 1 SC a day. They have a fair redemption minimum of 50 SC. There is a 3X playthru. When they had Pragmatic Play games I’d spend my SC on those and I never managed to qualify for a redemption. Months after signing up I found this game with a consistent 90% RTP. That game doesn’t load anymore but it’s not just an issue on SpinQuest. The same game stopped working on every social casino so I assume it’s either my location or the provider. I hear what some of the other reviews are saying about the RTP. I don’t feel like RPT is worse on SpinQuest than on other social casinos. It’s the 3X playthru. A lot of games on social casinos feel like they have 50% RTP if you’re lucky. I was going through the motions the other night, just betting dimes. I didn’t imagine I’d win anything significant. I was shocked when the game I was playing hit a jackpot. And I was worried SpinQuest would invent a reason to deny my request. Some of these social casinos are so scummy they just make up reasons not to honor commitments to players. Not SpinQuest!! If you win, they will pay!!! Thank you SpinQuest!! They literally have it set up for you to lose they let there GC players play with SC players 😞 when it comes to any of there table games it's 100% in the houses favor I've lost more then I've one of this website and when they mess up your game or disconnect you from the game there's nothing they will do knowing the did it on purpose to steal your money they have ppl that work at their company that play GC during table games mainly blackjack just to mess up the hands to keep the house in favor and don't get me started on the faulty ass non paying slot games they are all horrible this website is straight garbage I keep getting played every time I put money on there it instantly goes away 😞 and their customer support dose not support the customer they support their own business

This app got me for 1k tonight. Game was playing fine, then it decided to randomly boot me and then reset the reels a bunch of times. The game then proceeded to not give one more bonus and kept booting me out. Save your money!

Scammer alert! If you Participate in AMOE don’t do more than one envelope until you get credited for the first one. I live chatted Ray and he copied and pasted something totally different for the paragraph that goes on the request card. He also said anymore than one mailed in at a time will be considered void. I asked where it says that in the sweepstakes rules he uploaded a screenshot of the rules. And they don’t say anything like that. He says that’s the rules and they’re unlikely to change at anytime. I really enjoy the games sinquest has to offer currently, although it would be nice to see more providers and more game options in the coming months. But other then that I LOVE LOVE LOVE SPINQUEST! Account verification was easy as other sites, Redemption, my first one was 24 hrs and every one since are instant. Idk why I don't read more about this site because it's quickly becoming one of my favorite!

This site is the epitome of vulture fraud. Never seen a social casino pump social media so hard and let me tell you with well over 10 million wagered and nearly 2 million spins, this site is absolute weasel/rat scam. Undoubtedly they have to have some of the lowest RTP settings of all. Never watched several thousands on .50-1 go so fast….. over a dozen attempts and dozens of games. 3 oaks has never been worse. Stay away from them to begin with…. This group itself at spinquest is outrageously bad. I can name 2 dozen other sites you’re better off on. STAY AWAT FROM THIS GROUP OF SCUM BAGS.

Oh did I mention that their staff is professional and really knows how to give five star customer service, as akin to some of the platforms out there that just pass you off as quick as possible, I believe his name was Colin or Griffin not sure- (I should have written it down) But Im sure they all are equally as cool and levelheaded. Trying to cash out a mere $210 from Spinquest and the payment is still in pending status. Went to their support and they are stating they are having issues with their payment processor. Nothing can be done but asking me to have patience. Well, no problem taking the money but when trying to cash out a little back, it's already giving me a bad vibe about the site.

I play a lot of different SC's, and I came across SpinQuest on my Facebook feed. I signed up, did the generous welcome bonus, and started playing. I play small stakes, usually .20-.50 per spin, so I was pleasantly surprised when I started hitting the slots for $20-$70 every 20 minutes or so. I ran it up to about $290, then settled on $250. I checked here for reviews to see if it was a scam, because it seems to easy that I was hitting so well. There were some reviews saying they didn't pay and some good ones.
I decided to redeem, which is how I decide if a site is legit before I give them any more money. The verification process was difficult, had to email support numerous times, but eventually got verified. My cash it was pending for about 5 days, then finally said success. This morning the money was in my account. It took 7 days total. So in all, it was a solid 4 star experience, great games with good RTP at first. I would recommend it. Just be ready to jump through hoops to get verified!

Be very careful they have a good looking platform, but make it very difficult to redeem the actual cash. If you bought in for $100 and put all of it on a live table game and doubled your money, at that point you can only redeem 20% of your initial buy in. Total scam and wouldn’t touch it again.

Zero way the RTP is not manipulated here, I’ve deposited about $500 total here and have never been close to any sort of redemption, I’ve done both buys and spins, and nothing will pay. AVOID!

Call sadly, they do not pay the same day. Only play the site because it said pay the same day for your redemptions. That's a lie it's been 2 days they still haven't. It's still says pending on there so I for fifty s c's

Awful customer service. I was charged multiple times more then purchases that went through. They didnt even appologize. The chat agent "Danny G" is totally rude and agressive. I would never use this site again.
