They dont pay and the reviews are fake. They have my ID but wait until it's time for your redemption then they cancel it and ask for something called a proof of address. I have sent them several documents yet there is one or another issue with every document. They say it just has to be Name,Address and within a 30 day period. But every document I send there is one issue or another and it's impossible for their casino address verification to be so much more complex then everybody else's where they need a magnifying glass to see a document and the information on it when its in big bold letters. They claim my documents are unreable now but refuse to blame their software yet every other casino can see the same documents with required verification information just fine plus the site even shows you the document before you upload so how it isn't it on their end. Just liars and scammers DO NOT PLAY HERE AS THEY WILL LIE TO. THERE NO WAY I SENT ALL THESE DOCUMENTS OVER A 3 WEEK PERIOD AND THEY DONT HAVE MY NAME ,ADDRESS ON THEM OR ITS WITHIN 30 DAYS LIKE I NOT KNOW WHAT IM DOING I PLAY 20+ CASINOS LOL SO WHY ARE THEY ACTING LIKE I DONT KNOW HOW THE PROCESS WORKS. So basically, I've lost $207 dollars on this casino in the matter of minutes. I deposited about $170, made it up to $207, then quickly lost it all due to endless non-winning spins, probably hundreds. Horrible site! Customer service is terrible here, my redemption keeps getting denied and they dont even notify me about it. I have to keep checking the spindoo site myself to see that the redemption got returned to my account. Then they keep telling me they are escalating the situation but nothing ever gets escalated. This is by far the worst site I've played on. Ive provided the same document numerous times and they keep denying it. It hasn't got denied anywhwre else but here, i suggest fully verifying here before playing here. They will keep your winnings and have an excuse why they cant pay you out.
