Well I have yet to receive my 1600 dollar redemption and this is the 5th working and yesterday a customer service person told me it had been sent to my bank but upon checking my bank has gotten nothing and today I talk to customer service and I'm told it was sent to my bank on the 12th so I asked her why was it still showing as pending and I was cut off, however I'm going to wait the 7 working days which will be on the 21st and hopefully I will have something cause I've played everyday and thought this was the one casino I could stay with but I'm not so sure now and even with customer service replying and you being told 2 different stories what would think?

They didn't pay out one spin in a bonus round a couple months ago ... Should have been $50 minimum in my account. Didn't register. Immediately made Spindoo aware of it. Got the status quo .. shows everything was fine on our end. 😂. They never show the proof. Just expect you to believe it. You could see in my account history I hit a bonus round.. that it was a higher amount spin when I hit the bonus. That I won a $1 off a 10-$1 bonus spin round. So regardless.. says all you need to know about this company/ casino. I figured I was due or it was a mistake that would even out. Made another $100 in deposits without even TRIGGERING A BONUS. $100 AND NOT ONE BONUS ROUND.
