I specifically booked a motorbike and a van was sent. And was told they can't guarantee vehicle. The delivery took 3 hours, resulting in a missed deadline.

asked for a price, having given a postcode but when i came to pay, suddenly i was given a 'remote location fee' which added 50% to the price. Sack that, called an uber. Arrived faster, could track it. Job done.
