Great customer service
Delivery driver kept in touch every step of the way. Only disappointment was that we were told it would be a motorbike courier and would be delivered by 17:30. It turned out to be a big van and wasn’t delivered till nearly 21:00 and because only night staff were on goods inwards wasn’t open. All delivered fine but took a few phone calls to sort out. Would use again as customer service was great!

We booked a same day delivery with a…
We booked a same day delivery with a dedicated driver direct to delivery address from Huddersfield to Birmingham - parcel collected at 1.30pm - arrived at destination 6.10pm. when asked why it took so long? we were informed the driver had another delivery on the way. I pointed out that we'd booked a dedicated driver to go direct to our customer, the reply was that in the Terms & condition it states they can not guarantee a dedicated driver which is why it took so long to get there. This was our experience and in my view that's very sneaky, I'm sure I have paid a premium for the dedicated driver.
Anyway on this basis I would not recommend the service and will not be using them again.

Great service
Spoke to Speedy at 9.30pm, needing a small parcel urgently delivered from Wimbledon to Glastonbury in the morning. Parcel arrived at 11am as planned.
Great service. Would use again without fail.

Cancellation charges depend on whether a driver had already been allocated to your job at the point you cancelled — before allocation, cancellation is free; after, a fee applies to cover the driver already assigned to it. If you were charged the full amount rather than that standard fee, that's worth someone actually checking against what should have applied.
First-Class Service
From the point of obtaining a quote online to the end delivery the service was seamless and extremely efficient. Fantastic service and definitely worth the 5* review.

Excellent communication and service
Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Quick and easy. The courier collected within half an hour of booked time and was extremely courteous on arrival apologising for being late due to rush hour traffic. Advised ETA at destination and confirmed delivery. I highly recommend this same day business hours courier service. Delighted.

Did what they said they would
All went exactly as planned and on a 6 hour journey my parcel was delivered within 30mins of the expexted time.

Will never use again…
Driver turned up 2 and a half hours late after I booked it for 2pm.
Then due to it being so late, the company was shut when he arrived. I then got charged an additional £200 to have it redelivered 3 days later. Will never use again
