Spectra’s phone and car service were easily 5 star excellence but two odd emails undermined this, one requiring a car return in 5 days ( not actually needed) and another requiring 3 months of previous bank statements! (Again, not needed in the end. ) Both were handled well by phone.

I had a no fault accident 300 miles from home. Within 1 hour 45 mins my family were in a lovely hire car driving home. My car was a total loss so it was a very stressful time. The whole experience was made so much easier by the wonderful Spectra team. Tom, Chenise and Liam were so helpful, always available and kept me up to date with the progress of my claim regularly. The other members of the team were equally helpful. I have no hesitation in endorsing the Spectra team to anyone who needs this type of service.

Poor service with inefficient and low quality team. No consideration for insurers or insureds alike.

I have never had to do anything like this before, but from the start you have made this easy, always keeping in touch to let me know what is happening. Whenever I have phoned with a query the lady taking my call was very polite and helpful.

My experience with spectra drive was great from day one I had a rental within 24 hours customer service A1 I talked with Chinese she was very helpful updating me once a week on my vehicle the progress on what was happening I can't fault this company as their service were inpecable I recommend spectra drive if your vehicle has been in a accident as they proficient and professional

Excellent service with very professional agents

Fantastic service, my car was picked up within an hour outside my workplace, Following day a hired car was delivered outside my house, clean and comfortable drive. They kept me informed regularly about what was happening with my claim. The staff are highly professional and very friendly to talk to.

I was contacted immediately, with my damaged car picked up and replacement car brought the same day! The correspondence over the telephone and by email throughout has been very friendly and proficient. Excellent service - highly recommended.

This company uses scam google listings to trick you into using their service, then once you have the absurdly overpriced hire car (£450/day) they then refuse to collect it running up an HUGE bill which they then take you to court to force you to pay.

Criminal scum do not use their service.

Update; back and forth with lawyers for years, this company is well known in the industry for this malpractice. Hundreds and hundreds of people scammed in the same manner as me.

@Spectra Why the hell would I want to email you to discuss you being scamming manipulating lying thieves.
