Tyler James arrived on time and was presentably dressed in company uniform, polite and certainly efficient. He worked quickly and was attentive to our belongings as he did so.
A pleasant personality in our unfortunate situation, he gave us confidence of a good result.

Moe arrived when promised, found the leaks with the minimum of disruption and repaired the mains leak.

Polite, courteous, clear and knowledgeable explanation and there very quickly to trace the leak.

Our house had been gradually getting more damp for months. We have a good plumber who was able to tell us that it was a leak from next door but he didn’t have the equipment to locate the leak. These guys located it in about 2 minutes. With that info our neighbours were able to get their insurance process kicked off and the broken pipe was fixed. Expensive but worth it because then you know what you’re dealing with. They also produced the report in record time which was very helpful. Would use again.

We called specialist leak detection and Moe came out as arranged. He was extremely thorough and took time to check all possibilities for the origin of the leak … he did find the leak under the floor… it was a tricky job but he found it. We are now set to have the leak fixed as more specialist equipment is needed due to proximity with underfloor heating pipes. I would recommend specialist leak detection ltd.

I'd already had another leak detection company in who didn't find the leak. Living with a hidden leak which is almost certainly under a concrete floor gave me a persistent feeling of dread. And then I met Tyler! Yesterday. And this morning for the first time in 4 years my boiler hasn't lost pressure! I have a reasonable hole in the concrete floor under a radiator in my extension, but that's easily fixed now the actual leak has been uncovered. I'm so impressed and grateful. Tyler was a lovely energised young man who found the leak in under an hour and had it fixed in 3. And I called him Lloyd throughout as well! 🤣 Highly recommended!

The engineer John was excellent. Took the time to properly run us through all alternatives, eventualities and how to proceed. He found the leak within 15 minutes and we now know exactly what we need to do. Fast, clear, efficient, helpful, insightful. What more could we ask for?

Thanks to Specialist Leak Detection, I was able to have an underground mains water supply leak located and fixed for a much better price compared to other options out there.

They found the problem quite quickly by using a variety of high tech means, albeit we thought they were not cheap, considering their equipment is a once off investment for a firm like this.
