A very good service. Their engineer, Tyler, identified the leak in a swimming pool filter pipe very quickly and very accurately. This saved us a huge amount of hassle digging up the whole 15m pipeline. Happy to recommend

Frank arrived on time and after listening to our problem immediately set about identifying the location of the leak with an impressive array of equipment. Traced the leak to an underfloor pipe under a kitchen unit. Removed the door and base of the unit , dug out the solid floor to expose the damaged hot water pipe and repaired the leak. Left everything neat and tidy, we now have hot water again. Could not recommend more highly

I could hear a leak in the Kitchen but couldn’t see any water damage. I had to turn my water off. After a week with no water and struggling to find someone with the time to come and take a look I called specialist Leak detection. Called them at 9:30am and they were at my house by 12:30pm. When Moe arrived he was very friendly, and got in with finding the leak. He took photos as he went for the insurance report and explained everything to me. He found the leak, had to remove the oven and get some tiles up and then fixed the leak. So nice to have running water again after a week as I am 69 years old and it’s been a struggle without it. I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly Moe was. Very competent at his job and put me at ease that the whole thing was going to be taken care of from the second he walked in.

Moe came to check leaks in our flat. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He used different tools to check the walls with possible leaks. He gave suggestions and explained what the next steps are. Overall, great experience.

Very knowledgeable and real experts in their field. We had a sewage smell in a bathroom and they used about 50 metres of cable to go through the entire sewer system for the house with a camera to see any issues at all!

Simon was very knowledgable and efficient. In two hours he found the source of the rainwater leak, and gave me suggestions as to what to do about it.

Really good from start to finish. Answered the phone promptly and arrived within 4 hours. I was sent a message an hour before to tell me when they'd arrive (very helpful to ensure I was in rather than an annoying 4 hour window like with lots of appointments) and telling me the name of the specialist.

John arrived and located the significant leak quickly. This is after a plumber (different company) had failed to do so. Simon then arrived and, between them, they accessed the leak, causing minimal damage, and repaired it. They did the job efficiently, cleanly and were lovely people so I felt very comfortable having them in the house and trusted that they've fully fixed the problem.

Thorough investigation carried out with minimal disruption. Leak with accurately pinpointed and section of pipe removed without any damage. Care was taken to remove section of parquet flooring and all mess tidied away. Friendly and professional service

I do not normally leave reviews, but the service I received was fantastic and well beyond what I had expected. Thanks to engineer Tyler and engineer Simon who did a very good work. Tyler listened to the issues I had experienced with the plumbers and insurer and gave some initial ideas quickly started the detection of the leak and within a few hours had used all kinds of equipment to locate the leak. Tyler then wrote a report that was so clear that the insurer had no choice but to accept the claim. Simon could accurately locate the source of leaking where is under the floor without making larger area of destruction to my house. Then he repaired and broken pipe swiftly with great craftmanship. Overall, an excellent service was provided by the company and their engineer. Highly recommended.

The man from the leak detection came and was polite and professional. Did all the checking for our problem
and found where our leak, which was rising damp, was coming from. He also checked other areas where we were concerned we may have damp.
Their report came back very quickly and we are now dealing with this problem.
